The same way kaido did not use hybrid form against the scabbards is the same way he did not use his drunken mode against the roof top 5, so you can say the R5 is stronger than the scabbard combine and Luffy is stronger than the r5 combined before their individual power-up

Please explain why you have whoever is above the other. is it the confirmed user of 3 advanced haki or the confirmed user of 1 and probably another advance haki (coa and probably coc but not coo) this is not a versus thread.
