Sanji said in the chapter that the Raid Suit has been acting funky ever since the second time he used it and it would be this scene. Maybe we should look into the Pink Aura/Haki whatever as a hint/foreshadow of his awakening

Well if it increases his speed then that auto makes it increase his AP speed is weight yadda yadda. Yet if he's (so far) only doing no name base kicks then what the suit adds in AP is pretty much irrelevant. When he starts combining RS boosters with his actual Black Leg techniques then it starts...
