Toki wasn’t actually able to make prophecies. She isn’t Sharly. She was just dramatically saying that the nine scabbards will come back and fufill Oden’s legacy to give the people of Kuri hope.

Looking at it logically- the Nine Scabbards have already wounded Kaido. So any further help means there would be more than nine shadows. It would be eighteen shadows.

So no, I don’t think we’re getting another situation where it’s Kaido vs nine different people.

IIRC, Oden told her that Wano wouldn’t be ready to open its borders for twenty years yet. He didn’t say anything about it being destined that there would nine people who would kill Kaido, he just trusted that his Scabbards could do it.

Luffy, Kidd, Law and Zoro and Yamato will for sure have a relevant role, Killer too imo

Drake and Hawkins have a bit less chances, but I'm confident they'll have a role too

Apoo is the only one which for now is out of the games, but seems strange to me that Oda will not give him a redeeming moment and kick him in the fight too

Imo Apoo might fail to contribute too, after what Zoro did.

Not sure if Apoo will manage to do anything of substantial now the he lies on the floor like that. We gotta wait and find out I assume. :)

Doubt it's the supernovas, half of them are irrelevant.

It's the scabbards. Oda wrote it at the time to hype the return of Kozuki clan, probably didn't put any thought into it being a long term prophecy.
