The problem with this is that Endurance in One Piece is very inconsistent, like even by Shounen Standards.

Meaning that characters that specialise in it are gonna seem less impressive that guys who specialise in AP or Hax.

That was back when people thought that Oda wouldn't write off all BMPs on Wano except for Perospero (and Linlin ofc)

Since he's now stronger, have Inu and Neko team up to defeat him in a way that Raizou can only release his Zunesha water safely once Jack is gone, this way intensifying the link between the minks and the ninja.

These are quick ideas that of course could be way better, but heck, what better for three guys labelled "Calamities" than actually turning into the embodiment of disaster in the form of three gargantuan beasts capable of setting everything on fire, spreading viruses like crazy and drying the world off?

These are some fantastic ideas there would make these scenarios that happened much more interesting.

Black Maria also had a drug to alter her hybrid form transformation iirc, why not have a drug that allows the calamities had they been awakened to control their animal instincts using that, Queen is the mad scientist and Black Maria might have some expertise in that regard too so they develop a drug like the rumble ball but to control their awakening so they get the benefits of it without being taken over by animal instincts.
