They don't have it, it's so obvious and clear as day, they are bums.
I entered the topic thinking it would be full of panels of admirals using Acoc, but what I found were panels from 10 years ago that are somehow better than watching an admiral fighting and getting beaten on screen without demonstrating any of it, since this is the first thing that every guy with Acoc after Wano is doing, which is demonstrating that he has it.
- Kizaru fought Luffy and did not show that he possesses it
- Kuzan fought Garp. Garp was listed in the Vc as being a real user and Kuzan was not
- Green Bul and Fujitora never showed any signs.
- Akainu will not possess it because his equal Kuzan does not.
It's all in the hands of the old and new generation is what it is.

Like they honestly treat eachother as if they're on average ten times smarter than Albert Einstein when a lot of the time their arguments rely on fallacies and their personal feelings about the characters. To this day Admiral fans still wank that SBS where Oda said Akainu could be the PK in a year, ignoring the fact that he obviously meant he would have stomped most of Luffy's pre timeskip opponents and it would have turned people off from the manga.
I always believed that Akainu, Kuzan, and Fujitora would have CoC, but I was always bit skeptical on Kizaru and Green Bull.
However when thinking about it, it doesn't make sense if only three out of five of the Admirals have CoC, so yeah I do believe they all have CoC now.
I was kind of hoping that maybe two or three wouldn't have it, and that they became Admirals without having CoC, but seeing how Oda loves giving away CoC like it is candy, I see no reason why they shouldn't have it.
If characters like Chinjao, Yamato, Katakuri, and even Kid can have CoC, I don't see why the Admirals can't have it.
Before people were saying only Pirates can have CoC until it was revealed that both Sengoku and Garp have it, then the same people started to make excuses for why those two have it but the Admirals for some reason can't have it.

I don't like kurwa, imo he is one of the worst users on this site, but regardless of how I feel, this topic doesn't come off as a bait or a troll.
It is just a regular topic that explains why the Admirals have CoC, it isn't even a topic about why the Admirals are better than the Yonko's.
