Speculations Akainu The Last Hope

Why would it be different then how they vet any position in the Marines where the strength of the individuals in that positions are variable?
Because no other position is the Admiral position, what do you mean? The normal process for any recruit is just starting from the bottom and working your way up. For an Admiral, if you ain’t strong enough then you ain’t getting the position. They even go looking externally if they have to.
It’s 3 individuals with the exact same standing. Even in the very next rank (VAs) you have some VAs serving under other VAs.

No other position is the VA or RA position ether, I don’t know what you mean.

Yes every other position works differently as I already said. You have VAs serving under other VAs. You don’t have that with the Admirals. Did you miss that part of my previous comment?
Two questions. When do we see other VA serving under other VA? And when was it said an Admiral couldn’t serve under another Admiral in a similar situation?

At the very best he will be slightly more impressive than Aokiji... Which is not bad at all overall but when compared to Shanks or other top tiers he will for sure fall short.

If 2 Admirals were sent to DR and PH why couldn’t one be assigned the leader of the operation like the VA?

Not having seen something doesn’t mean it can’t happen
2 Admirals are not sent together precisely because 1 is expected to be enough. It’s literally part of an Admiral’s job to be able to face anyone they come across alone.
The ultimate penalty of the WG is having an Admiral sent after you. That’s why saying that 1 of the Admirals just randomly doesn’t match their peers makes no sense. What on earth would be the point in that?

2 Admirals were sent to Reverie.
