Garp and Sengoku needed high diff efforts to stop Shiki...
Prime Garp >= Luffy + Kidd
Prime Sengoku > Law + Zoro + Killer
Prime Garp and Prime Sengoku aren't even stopping Linlin and Kaido at once if they barely did stop Shiki.
How does anyone believe 5 SNs with only Luffy as top tier, kidd is either inbetweener or low top...
