Orochi wasn't lying, and if Kaido needed revenge he could just pull up to Marijou with king and end their entire family tree, admirals couldn't even stop sabo and a few good men from causing chaos and they weren't even aiming to kill anyone.

The difference is that
Pre ts SNs didn't hype Admirals as monsters beyond sanity even though they ran frm kizaru /Marine fleet when they were weaker
While they knew for sure Yonko are monsters among monsters

It's funny, there hasn't been any Yonko fearing Gorosei
