Even though I liked the conversation between Zeke and Armin I wished that Armin said to Zeke the same thing Onyankopon said. That there is more than just to multiply, we are here because we are wanted. That God created variety. Back then I really liked this explanation , it gave so much value to everything and it would have been a nice callback if Armin said that.

If this how it ends I will continue what Eren did against Isayama this is so terrible this was talk no jutsu
I remember back then when AOT was first released the anime the manga this hype the expectation we had
90 chapters or months it was amazing 7 years it did go toe on toe with the juggernaut OP himself then out of nothing talk no jutsu started and the manga dropped into pieces the introduction of marley was the beginning of the end now saving marley this stupid country was so meaningless ....

If not for Levi I would dropped the manga this talk no jutsu the yeagerist bullshit, its not monsters but humans against human, human nature boah I could puck

There 2 or 3 more mangas in youtube there is the hitler commenting on manga or events in his funny stupid way I hope someone would make a video mash up with that

I honestly wouldn't change my opinions on the series if Even losses lol. I don't judge a great 99% with a poor 1%
Unfortunately the ending/finale is of the utmost importance for any series.

Just look at GoT.

It was the hottest series on the planet, everyone talked about it ... and then season 8 happened.

After this desaster of a final season nobody ever talked good about GoT anymore, despite the first few seasons being absolutely God-like.

Dexter is also up there with bad endings.

But lets wait for 138, I have still hopes. Eren is not dpwn yet

Put here one of my post on NF

If they collapsed/vaporized it would have been over 100%. However they just stopped and are still standing, there is chance it might go either way.

It's literally "Oh no! Did the main character die!? Found out next time on AoT."

From a narrative standpoint, the MC Eren (which has been silent since a while) need to do something big. It's obvious to me that it's not quite over yet. It wouldn't be like GoT with Night King stupid ending. Eren is the MC (otherwise it would be the worst ending of all time lol. There is still 2 chapters).

This is how I see (hope) what happen next:

IMO the rumbling can be reactivated (if Zeke beast is reincarnated in Hisu child (royal blood). Then Eren can continue the rumbling with the kid (his kid) even though he wanted to prevent Hisu and her child from inheriting the beast, it would be a cruel twist of fate. Perhaps he can enter in contact with the kid via PATH ?

I think Falco is just going to evacuate the children. The alliance could stay but will be exhausted.

I don't think they will fight again.

It could just be that Mikasa will get up (if you don't fight, you don't win) for a last scene with Eren (or at least the shifters bar Falco) and perhaps she will manage to kill him (but Eren too will kill her. Double kill).

Then some time after that, once the battle is over. The worm will die from its wounds (due to Armin nuke) and the curse of the titans will be over.

If there's an unprecedented turnaround leading Eren to take the upperhand, that's how I see it. That way Alliance action would not be totally useless. It could fit in 2 chapters. Probably a cope, but after this chapter, this is the ending I want and I find it credible. It could fit in 2 chapters. For me it wouldn't be so horrible an ending like that. Probably a cope

Edit:

This chapter is less horrible than the leaks suggested, but it is still a chapter well below average (sad Zook died killed by Manlet, so Zeke seems to be the key for Eren to communicate with Ymir and be able to use rumbling.).

It was Zeke who sent the shifters (Grisha, Kruger & co) to fight for the alliance (he woke them up because everyone is connected into PATHS, death doesn't exist here). He basically became a Ymir bis.

But I don't think it means that Ymir betrayed Eren. We can see that the other Titans (including the Okapi) are still hostile to the alliance. In my opinion, she let Zeke "free" these shifters because deep down inside her, she is nice and always wanted freedom. She had freed the pigs after all.

But overall I think Ymir still support Eren.

Otherwise the alliance still shines. Most of them have their moment of glory.

Is Isayama really going to match Jean and Pieck just to make a horse-cart joke? So this dream of Jean with his wife (with black hair, Jean loved Mikasa's black hair) and his child was actually Pieck and not Mikasa?

Actually this ending and most of the series is following Norse Mythology. The Rumbling is Ragnarok. But I believe that Eren will be reborn. I do not think they killed him but maybe woke him up finally. My question is whether Eren was manipulated by Ymir or he wasn't.

That's inherently subjective.
Really, really, REALLY dumb comparison.
1) The final season of GOT as a story-telling standpoint did more damage than the single possibility of Even not winning, due to literal dozens of storylines & characters being ruined.
2) GOT last season was not the only bad, poor, shit, etc. season, as GOT as a whole was on a massive decline since the fourth season (subjective, but this seems to be the common belief), while the opinion of AOT has been rising and rising as the story progresses.
3) Those 6 episodes encompassed about 8-10% of the entire story, if you the next 2 chapters of the story (the last 1% of the story) will end in a way you'd rather not to, or dare I say "bad" then that too, is dumb.

In general, comparing an utmost shit tenth of an already declining show to a poor hundredth of an acclaimed series, is a dumb analogy.
It was the hottest series on the planet, everyone talked about it ... and then season 8 happened.
Because I mean, you gave the writers six hour long episodes to destroy every possible storyline, character, lore, etc. possible. Whether you're gonna hate or love the ending of AOT, I doubt that in two chapters Isayama would recreate that tragedy. You're expecting Isayama to do wayyyyy too much.

After this desaster of a final season nobody ever talked good about GoT anymore, despite the first few seasons being absolutely God-like.
We're still on GOT? I mean fine, I can talk about this series for a while, you hear that GRRM still somehow has hundreds of more pages to write on WOW? I don't think I'll even see this book until I'm done with college.

You guys are just fucking naive kids. This chapter was absolutely 10/10 I really want this manga to end on a happy note and I don't want the races of the world to die and for all of them to live in peace and prosperity in a multicultural society and for all wars to stop and that they can trade and create tools that will make their lives easier. You guys are fucking sick for wanting a sad ending, Eren is indeed a good character but he can't succeed

For once having a sad ending is fine, especially given what this show is about and it's history.

I have accepted that Eren will probably die, but not like this! Not in such a lackluster fashion. We need to see Eren's point of view, we need to know his connection with Ymir better. Isayama better pull of some amazing writing in the next 2 chapters or this Manga will be ruined by a crappy ending.
