Vergo literally was beating Sanji using only kicks, no busoshoku, and no rokushiki, vs sanji at his best (pre raid suit).
Vergo defeated Sanji more easily than Judge defeated Sanji, and I view raid suit sanji to be judge level (who was using a raid suit). Judge mid diff'd sanji, vergo no diff'd sanji (sanji after like 3 kicks said he was lucky the fight stopped or he'd be boned)
So yeah, Vergo, high or mid diff.
Vergo's first kick = breaks sanji's leg, this without buso or rokushiki
Then they clashed like 2 times, then smoke came in and they got separated.
Sanji said something along the lines of : "I'm glad that fight didn't continue, or I'd be in trouble"
Vergo no or low diff'd sanji, Judge mid diff'd sanji.
By holding back, do you mean sanji had his leg broken in a single kick, clashed twice after while struggling hard, then said he would be fucked if the fight continued as he sky walked away?

Vergo no diffed Sanji. His first serious kick was a kick where he clashed with his ankle (and he switched attacking leg such that he feigned a roundhouse kick with his left, but you see that he actually clashes with his right leg, meaning he trolled Sanji). When he does his roundhouse swipe he does it with the left leg. This means Vergo broke off the clash and switched legs yet again in a very trolling fashion. Instead of kicking Sanji in, he literally toys with the dude

He wasnt taking Vergo seriously, until that one kick. The injury was a result of Sanji underestimating Vergo. That same leg that got injured he used to equally fight with Vergo until the Marines and Tashigi got time to escape.

You're using that out of context. Sanji hit Vergo only twice.
The first time was a blindside when Vergo was dealing with Tashigi and G5 and didn't know he was there.
Vergo casually stood up, essentially went "this is an internal matter, please leave", and then Sanji attacked him again. Only then did Vergo decide to fight Sanji, speed blitzing in, forcing sanji to block instead of dodge, at which point, he broke his leg, then like 2 panels of them fighting on the next page, ending with the smoke rushing it and both going their separate ways, and sanji saying he'd be fucked if the fight continued.
Don't post pics out of context, vergo shat on him even easier than judge did.
Your bones don't get stronger or weaker depending on how serious you are, sanji's legs are literally the strongest part of his body and vergo (who's kicks are only one part of his arsenal), cracked his leg with one kick. The literal point of sanji getting clapped by vergo, doflamingo, and judge is that it was a build up for him needing to use the raid suit.

OMG, you're delusional. He finished the sentence, he was implying he'd be f'd if that fight continued. He even said it was bad. Also you can't make a reachy argument like "oh he'd have to exhaust himself", cuz Vergo was literally the strongest enemy on that island.
