-Vergo damaged only Sanji's little fibula bone for one time (not even breaking), not even damaged his main tibia bone, let alone breaking.
-Anderson Silva broke his own foot completely, tibia, fibula everything.

If you like mma you should've known that Khabib beat Justin Gaethje with broken fingers on his foot. A fictional character Sanji could replicate that feat easily. Even Pre-TS Sanji beat Bon Clay with broken bones before.
Pre-Vergo fight Sanji was so damaged that he was even feeling Nami's punches before fighting with Vergo;

The only nonsensical thing here is that your lack of understanding between the two fights, Vergo did that only for one-time against already heavily wounded Sanji's body, then he couldn't do the same again.

- Vergo isnt using haki or his Bamboo stick
- Sanji isnt using HM or using CoA which he knows how to use. He also doesnt have a RS at this point of time. He also isnt parrying with DJ, just landing his hits.....what would happen if he parried with DJ kick ?
- Theyre about equally nerfed in the weapons/abilities department. Then you look at Sanji exclaiming his body is banged up 2 chapters ago. Which shows Sanji is in an already nerfed state...
But what can Vergo actually do to him ? Can he take advantage of his already injured body and crack his fibula...yes.
- But can he send Sanji flying ? Nope.
- Can he land a hit on Sanji ? Nope.
- Does Sanji stop using his cracked leg ? Nope.
Now lets look at the accomplishments:-
- Did Sanji stop Vergo from hurting Tashigi ? Yes
- Did he save G5 from Vergo ? Yes
- Did Vergo manage to dispose of Sanji who was "Getting in his way" ? Nope
If we're counting Zoro vs Hawkins as a W for Zoro. Keep the same energy for Sanji vs Vergo.
