Also yes, if someone is too stubborn to accept evidence, a debate is a waste of time. It's like when you bring up a study when debating politics, and the other person goes "i disagree with your study" without providing any evidence to back their claim on why the study isn't evidence. If someone is unwilling to take evidence, the debate is a waste of time cuz no matter what happens or what you bring forward, the people won't change their mind, no matter how wrong they are. If you don't provide counter arguments and just go "I don't accept your facts", then it's a waste of my time.

What Sanji said was that level of obvious implication, like there is no reaches that need to be had when Sanji said: "That was bad.... if I had continued that fight....", it's an open and shut meaning.
Critical's picture is relevant, if we were to play into realistic martial arts, sanji's block had more anatomical priority/strength, yet still Vergo came out on top. So you can't just go "no lol", a proper counter argument would be "oda wouldn't think that heavily on it, oda isn't thinking about that, and they are superhumans anyway, oda isn't a professional martial arts, he just meant he kicked and sanji blocked, and vergo's legs were stronger than sanjis, what hit what doesn't matter". See how I brought forth an actual point to counter what he said, that's what you're not doing.
If your friend got in a fight you didn't see, and then said: "That was bad... if I had continued that fight....", would you think "my friend clearly won", or would you think the obvious of "my friend got his ass beat". Vergo essentially dominating Sanji while only using kicks when his actual style uses full body martial arts + a bamboo stick, not to mention the fact that he didn't use rokushiki or busoshoku, means the fight was extremely one sided. It'd be the equivalent of base luffy fighting sanji with only kicks, and having the edge over Sanji. Vergo's legs are more powerful than Sanji's legs, and Sanji's legs are literally the strongest part of him. Imagine if Zoro or Kyros was winning against Sanji using only kicks, no matter how you spin it, Sanji doesn't look good.
