Its pretty clear at this point that the fights will go like this:
King vs Marco
Queen vs Chopper, Drake and yakuza
Jack vs Inu
probably some of the 9RS will join in to help, so after all this who is Sanji going to beat to push him to over 1b as a pirate?
for me Sanji is fighting Perospero and his bounty will be about 800m max, it doesnt make sense for multiple people to be over a billion at this point, its even hard to justify Zoro and Killer going over a billion at this point, logically only Luffy, Kid, Law, Zoro and Killer are going over a billion, others like Jinbe, Sanji, Robin, Franky, 1 from heart pirates and 1 from Kid pirates will be going over 500m.
You guys like always like going crazy over bounties, i remember back in Dressrosa people where saying crazy shit like you all are right now.

1. Killer will have 1+ billion.
