Zoro, being proficient in Ryuo, already unlocked it pre TS when cutting Daz down and had two more years to train with the WSS, master conscious usage and get it to a high level. Zoro who dices a mountain in base, one shots Pica through his full body Haki and is seen using Ryuo so strong you see black fluid leaking from his blades.

But yeah, that Zoro can't achieve what Kinemon, Kiku and Kawamatsu did. The delusion.

Yeah, because Enma is a powerful blade, no one's denying it. But it was not Enma who was doing the job. First of all, it was Zoro's Haki that was being sucked up, secondly, the only reason Zoro could wield Enma, is because Zoro was that strong.

Also, you draw a false conclusion from the statements around Enma. Enma being a powerful blade doesn't prove Zoro wouldn't be able to cut Kaido's scales pre Enma. Again, it's factual, that swordsmen with basic Ryuo can already accomplish that, with Zoro being a high level Ryuo user pre Enma and a powerful swordsman overall.
