First of all, I want to point out Rogers Supreme Grade Sword. It is not black even though it is classifies as one of the strongest Swords.

I thought that Nusjuro also had a Supreme Grade Sword which isn‘t permanentely black, but I was wrong.

The highest possible grade for a sword is supreme grading, right?

And we all know by now that a swords grade can jump a whole tier higher by becoming permanentely black.

Just look at shusui, it became a tier below supreme grade from average tier. This means shusuis peak was already reached.

Now what about Rogers sword Ace? Can it even become black? If so, how would that make any sense in the story when the highest tier of swords is already supreme grade? Right, it is not possible for supreme grade swords which aren‘t black already to become one. So Roger was never able to forge such a sword in the first place.

Now what do you think is logically supreme? A black blade that became a supreme grade blade? Or a supreme grade blade that was already a supreme grade blade?

If we are correct, then black blades can only forged by haki and something else (maybe experience of the sword holder or something like that). If that is the case a supreme grade black blade is superior to a supreme grade non black blade.

What does that conclude?

A.) Every black blade user who also posseses a supreme grade sword should be stronger than someone below.

B.) Nusjuro and Mihawk are potentially superior to Roger and other Top Tiers who doesn‘t have a supreme black blade.

C.) As we all know Ryuma had a black blade that wasn‘t supreme grade, but was able to gain such a big name in the world just like joyboy. So it is possible that not only the grade of the sword makes the user powerful but also the black blade state. Which is basically mastered haki and experience of the sword (imagine leveling up the sword to max level).

Okay time to turn off the smartass mode, any thoughts?

I think you have a wrong idea here. First of all, I don't remember blades automatically jumping a tier when turning black. It was pointed out to be the case for Enma, probably because Enma already is close to supreme grades in terms of quality.

Secondly, the term "supreme grade" was just introduced to describe blades of the highest strength and quality, in general. More specifically as a product forged by the swordsmith. So if a supreme grade blade turned black, it would still be considered a supreme grade blade, just outstanding in its tier. It was even said that black blades are "the most elite swords" in existence. So black blades in their own tier would have a special standing.

It's like the whole Haki shit, introduced way too late creating major inconsistencies
The black blade was introduced in chapter 49. Then it was reinforced by Ryuma's introduction. In Wano it was teased two more times by 1) Onimaru talking about forging black blades and 2) Sukiyaki talking about Enma still having to become a black blade.

Black blades are Haki tho? One might argue that Haki wasn't introduced late either because Zoro showed it in alabasta

Yes. People just assume for no reason that Oda comes up with every concept last minute. He came up with CoC in chapter 1, when Shanks scared away the Sea King. When introducing black blades and the voice of all things in Alabasta, Oda already made up his mind.

You’re comparing people who’ve spent their life honing their skill and connection to their swords with people who treat their swords merely as weapons like Roger and Whitebeard.
Ace was called Roger's beloved blade, he even named his son after the blade. On the other hand, Zoro will forge Enma into a black blade after having wielded it for probably less than a year, along with Kitetsu, which he received just 2+ years ago.

Also, Zoro wasn't shy of replacing swords, e.g. trading Shusui for Enma.

Loving the blades aren’t equivalent to mastering them. What I’m saying is that Roger never mastered Ace cause he didn’t need to. It was just a weapon, not a lifestyle.

Oden loved Enma too but he didn’t dedicate himself to his blades like Zoro does.
