One Piece was funny when the characters weren't just NPCs repeating the same shit over and over again.
Alabasta & Skypiea had peak comedy imo. Luffy taking a bite out of Croc's head and flying like a fucking Dodo bird; Luffy's wound leaking; Usopp's impersonations; Zoro's tarzan dive; Usopp on Enel's ark, Luffy on Enel's ark...

There is nothing funny in Shitty Piece. There is only unspeakable cringeness.
Judge's son being a otherwordly braindead who instantly become a shoelicker of every woman he met,the two sluts of Condom-Boy's gang giving their bodies for free to children,the biggest dangers being solved by the most stupid solutions that are brougth out of nowhere,all this are atrocious insults to human intelligence which only a crackhead would write.(Which Lolda is.)
The most unbearable point of it was Buggy,a subzero level fodder,become a sea emperor without do nothing to deserve it. That title was dead and buried after Lolda's horrible handling of it,and this was take a piss in the grave.
This is not a thing that is only done in shitty japanese comics. Western content creators also drop the ball this hard. This is demonstrated by the fact that a big part of the movies released every year are garbage.
