Of course, Luffy won't beat Pica as well as Zoro and he will struggle far more to beat him (high diff imo) but there is no way that Pica wins against Luffy, even with his wraker gears.

Luffy without G4 is trash. But Pica is trash at the same time. All he could is escape from Luffy. At the same time, Luffy can't bring Pica out of his golem as his g2/g3 doesn't have high DC or AOE attacks. Luffy is rubber and so rock punches won't have any effect on Luffy. So it is stalemate.

Pica without Golem loses very bad against G2 and G3 Luffy.

It can break the golem with couple of hits for sure. King's Punch can do it with single hit. It is still useless because breaking him wont do any good until the real one is defeated which means you have to prevent him from escaping into the ground.
So, unless you have something in Luffy's arsenal which will cleanly separate half of the mountain from the ground and lift it up, stalemate or if Luffy runs out of Haki, he is dead meat.

This is becoming ridiculous after a while, that's why I usually ignore Pica related threads.

G4th Bound Man has the mobility and flight as an advantage; his Kong Guns can easily penetrate through tons of rocks, considering how easily a Grizzly Magnum went through Pica's head.
A single hit will easily destroy the abdomen, leaving the golem defenseless on air; afterwards it is only a matter of time till Bound Man destroyed everything else until real Pica shows up and will be pummeled through whole Dressrosa.
