I will try to write some very short summaries of the arcs to help myself remember what happened in case I take a break from it in the future too.

Sakura Cosmos Saga:​

Intro arc: ✔️

Spoiler: Summary

- Rebecca and Happy meet Shiki and they travel to the Blue Garden together.
- Shiki reveals his Ether Gear: Gravity.
- Elsie gets introduced.
- The image of "Mother" is shown and explained, and Shiki feels like he met her.
- Professor Weisz is mentioned.
- Elsie tries to meet with Shiki.

Norma arc: ✔️

Spoiler: Summary

- Shiki, Rebecca, and Happy go to the Norma Planet.
- They meet Professor Weisz Steiner but not the one Rebecca and Happy knew for years.
- A scene from 20.000 years later is shown with two Astronauts finding a B-Cube with "Edens Zero" engraved on it.
- The narrator of the story by the name of "Xiaomei" explains the concept of time.
- The time on Norma was turned back by 50 years.
- Weisz steals a case from Sibir with a small robot inside. The robot's name is Pino.
- Pino's EMP ( Electro-Magnetic Pulse ) can shut down Electronics for a few seconds.
- Shiki defeats Sibir and saves Pino.
- Weisz offers to get the squad out to space, he reveals his Ether Gear: Machina Maker and instantly repairs and rebuilds the ship.
- Chronophage, the time-consuming monster is revealed to be the main reason time was wrong on Norma, it wasn't reversed but stolen by the monster. Chronophages can create double history issues because they don't reverse time so anything that happens in the past doesn't affect the future and both X442 and X492 Weisz can exist at the same time.
- Professor Weisz reveals that he didn't create Pino, the Great Demon King did ( Shiki's grandpa ).
- The Space Pirates ambush and kidnap the ship with our squad.

- Shiki challenges Elsie to fight for the ship.
- Elsie reveals that Shiki inherited the power of the Great Demon King.
- Debut of the Interstellar Union Army, a ship led by Justice and his comrades Victory and Creed who try to catch Elsie.
- Shiki vows to make his grandpa's dream come true and meet the Goddes herself, Mother.
- Elsie reveals that Ziggy found Shiki on his trip back from trying to find the Mother and that she always intended to give the ship to Shiki.

I really liked it. It was a great and emotional closure for me. Shiki destroying the "good" Ziggy has a higher value in my eyes. Shiki is a great MC
10/10 for me

I really liked it. It was a great and emotional closure for me. Shiki destroying the "good" Ziggy has a higher value in my eyes. Shiki is a great MC

I feel almost the same. I only hoped that the fight would not end in this chapter but at least in the next one and that they used both more name attacks. Also I really wanted to see Ziggys version of Shikis finisher. So I give 7/10.

I think it’s hard to rank them. They all have their individual strengths and fighting styles.
I would still go with

Strength:

1. Evil Ziggy
2. Elsie
3. Acnoella / Drakken
4. Drakken / Acnoella
5. Crow
6. Nero

Nox is a wild card but I think she’s weaker than Ziggy and Elsie

Overall a villain group with high and lows. I think they all were a big threat but the execution of their fights or depth of their characters could be better

I think the same, their strenght is hard to rank.

I would rank them this way.

Strenght

1. Ziggy
2. Crow
3. Nero/Acnoella
4. Acnoella/Nero
5. Elsie
6. Drakken

I choose this, because I think Ziggy is the strongest one of them, the reasons for that are obvious. He is the only one who shows the feat to destroy a planet. He also was the "leader" of Crow and Acnoella. After Ziggy I think Nero, Crow and Acnoella are on the same level. Anyone of them had a special power or fighting style with that they could beat most of the others in the verse. Crow is a titan with an absorbing ability and with Overdrive, he could very easily destroy a planet by himself, same goes for Acnoella and her dragons, Acnoella doesn't show a good feat, but she can use overdrive and she controls dragons with whom she destroyed many planets. So and Nero, well we didn't see much of him, but he could fight Ziggy (the strongest one) and he can teleport with his Wormhole power 20 000 bombs in few seconds from one planet to another one, that is an insane power. With that he could teleport others into space or other planets, what would be the end of them (space). So he really had a dangerous ability. It's a shame that all of them never could show real feats. :/
Well, now Elsie and Drakken, I put them on the last two places, because for me, their feats are not so great, like that of the others, even if Drakken had shown more skills and had maybe a better fight, still, that what he had shown so far, doesn't show how strong he really is, so far I can't see how he could beat one the others, same goes with Elsie, she is strong, she killed Acnoella, but she suprised her, I don't think that she could kill her so easily if she would fight her in a 1 vs 1 battle.
This is my strength list so far, maybe I change the ranking if we later know more information.

But my fav list would look so.

1. Ziggy/ Drakken
2. Drakken/Ziggy (can't choose between them)
3. Elsie
4. Nero
5. Crow
6. Acnoella

I made both lists without Nox, because apart from her design and her connection to Rebecca, we didn't know anything about her, and what she really can, we even don't know what kind of person she really is, so I will wait, after this arc or maybe after the next chapter, if in the next one the true villain appears.

Overall: I think Hiro could made them better, like you said, more depth, better fights and more feats.
I would rank them 5,5/10. Because Crow (Cure), Acnoella and Nero were rushed, and Ziggy a little bit too in the end.

The crew arrives at Guilst and explores the city to find the Church with the fake Sister.
Rebecca escapes but gets caught by Illega, the man who ordered Sister to kidnap all B-cubers.
Shiki arrives and begins to fight Jinn.
Weisz threatens Homura to reveal her true motives.
Chronophage is approaching Guilst.
Sister Ivry is revealed. She's rescued by Weisz and Homura and together they meet up with Shiki and leave the place.
Weisz and Sister officially join the crew.
The crew leaves the planet before Chronophage arrives.
The Dark Alchemist Drakken Joe is revealed.

Digitalis arc: ✔️

Spoiler: Summary

The crew finds Hermit. They go inside the digital world of Digitalis to find Hermit's heart.
They meet a guy named Jamilov who's killing the players in the game and he works for Drakken Joe.
Homura's avatar is revealed to be an Impostor. Impostor allies with Jamilov.
The impostor is Amira from G.I.A Galactic Intelligence Agency.
Hermit reprograms the game and boosts Shiki's power. Jamilov ( The Great Spider ) hacks Edens Zero.
Hermit flashback. She wants to help humans with technology. She was used by Dr. Muller to build a massive canon that destroys the planet Hook, she's later used by Dr. Muller.
2 years later the Doctor gets imprisoned and Hermit is free but she's totally broken.
Rebecca and Shiki talk to Hermit and help her change her mind and join the crew.
Hermit gets rid of the hacker and saves the ship.
Pino reveals her dream to become a human.
Jessie is revealed to be a spy on Elsie's ship.
We meet Drakken Joe and his crew: Diego Reyes, Seth Anderson, and Maria Slime.
Drakken is a Debt Collector.
Drakken tells Seth to kill Spider Hacker for ruining his reputation and picks interest in Edens Zero ship.
Sister reveals that Guild Master Noah is suspicious, we see his conversation with Drakken Joe, and the crew travels to Mildian, the planet where time has stopped.

Mildian arc: ✔️

Spoiler: Summary

The crew lands on Mildian and meets the fortune teller who happens to be the narrator of the story Xiaomei.
Xiaomei reveals that the only thing she can't tell is the result of the battle which only makes her excited.
Shiki fights Metal Bogey and instantly defeats him. Rebecca fights Yocchi. She beats him. Weisz fights Highway Ena and defeats him. Homura fights a replica of her master Valkyrie Yuna. Homura flashback with Valkyrie.
Homura defeats fake Valkyrie.
Xiaomei reveals where Valkyrie is and also that she gained her powers from Mother herself and confirms her existence.
The crew sets course to the Sun Jewel.

Sun Jewel arc: ✔️

Spoiler: Summary

The crew meets Captain Connor. He's revealed to be a Captain of Edens One ship.
Shiki and Homura fight robbers in Casino, Madame Kurenai is revealed and she punishes the robbers. Drakken Joe wants her to find Edens Zero ship using her tracking satellite, Satellite Blaze.
Shiki and Homura get sent to the Labor district.
Shiki and Homura meet Kurenai's Warden named Garrot.
Kurenai is revealed to be a crazy villain.
Labilia makes Rebecca cosplay in exchange for the news. She tricks her.
Famous B-Cuber Nino wants to help Rebecca. Nino reveals he works for Madame Kurenai as a part of Zaiten.
Rebecca meets Paul who gives her a B-Cube with a recording about Valkyrie.
Baku is revealed.
Shiki, Rebecca, and Homura defeat a big monster. Homura flashback with Valkyrie.
Kurenai is revelaed to be Homura's mother.
Valkyrie died protecting the people of the Labor District because of Madame Kurenai who tricked her and gained power over the planet.
Shiki fights Madame Kurenai. She plots to destroy the Labor District with her Occulus Kurenai.
Draken hacks the systems of Satellite Blaze and Kurenai releases her monster.
Draken plans to ambush Edens Zero.
Kurenai goes inside her monster covered in Knight Gear.
Weisz arrives in his new armor to fight Baku. Arsenal Suit Mark 1.
Ether Coating reveal.
Rebecca unlocks her Ether Gear "Leaper" and defeats Nino.
Homura kills Garrot with Valkyrie's sword.
Shiki brings Kurenai to Homura.
Homura tells her off and she runs away only to get kidnapped by Cedric ( the famous actor whose face she burnt ) and enslaved by him.
Homura offers to become a new Valkyrie.
Drakken Joe wants to follow Edens Zero.

Belial Gore arc: ✔️

Spoiler: Summary

Reveal of Edens Zero Etherion.
Rebecca has a nightmare.
Shiki invades Beliar Gore fortress in retaliation. The crew meets present-day Sibir ( the one from Norma arc ).
Drakken's crew invades Edens Zero.
Witch uses Battle Dress: Assault Witch.
Drakken's Special Forces, The Element 4 reveal. Laguna ( the Spirit of Water ) attacks Shiki and the crew.
Drakken's power is revealed to be connected to Element 4.
Weisz defeats Laguna but gets shot by The Spirit of Fire Fie.
Sylph, the Spirit of Wind attacks Rebecca.
Sister interrogates Slime.
Sylph's name is Kleene. Jinn arrives to fight Shiki. He reveals the power of Overdrive.
Rebecca wakes up in Drakken's room.
Rebecca meets Daichi, the Spirit of Earth.
Drakken breaks up the fight between Shiki and Jinn and shows them the true power of Overdrive. He says that Shiki is the key to unlocking Rebecca's powers.
Shiki, Rebecca, Weisz, and Homura are imprisoned by Drakken Joe and he's threatening them.
Drakken Joe's crew completely outplayed and defeated the Edens Zero crew.
On the seventh day of the tenth month in cosmic era X 492. Shiki lost his life.
7 days have passed since Shiki died.
Rebecca is living in Drakken's base, and she realized her power is not super speed but something called: "Cat Leaper" the power to change the laws of the cosmos.
Rebecca awakens her powers during the shower and leaps back in time to the moment before all tragedy happened.
Rebecca tells everyone what happened in the future and they play to form a strategy since they can't beat Drakken in a fair fight, meanwhile, Maria Slime ambushes the ship.
Edens Zero crew launches an all-out attack.
Four Shining Stars go out to fight Element 4.
Master Noah appears on the roof of Drakken's fortress in a form of a hologram.
Noah reveals that Rebecca used her powers unconsciously 29 times and that he did all of the bad things to defeat Drakken. He wants to reveal Drakken's weakness but the transmission is corrupted.
Hermit defeats Fie.
Sister defeats Daichi.
More of Drakken's past is revealed.
Witch and Homura defeat Laguna and Kleene.
Drakken needs Rebecca's powers to return to his former self, he's seen in a healing tube which helps him not age. Labilia is revealed to be a GIA agent Amira ( the one from Digitalis ).
She wants to come up with a plan to defeat Drakken but he shows up and starts fighting them, the crew split up and Shiki runs himself with Drakken through the building and ends up fighting 1 vs 1 in the execution room.
The crew gets to Drakken'sLife Support Device.
Amira reveals that the Life Support Device drains the life force out of people living near it and changes it to life force for Drakken.
Jinn appears to stop them but he hears the truth about Drakken and helps the crew destroy the security system in exchange for healing Kleene.
Shiki unleashes more of his powers and is one step away from reaching the Overdrive.
Weisz realized something, we get a flashback with his mother, she was drained out of her life because of Drakken's powers.
Drakken orders his man to fire the Satellite Blaze at Blue Garden.
Drakken completely loses himself and turns into a giant monster that covers that can go through the building with its octopus-like powers.
Drakken traps most of the crew members and gets an upper hand on Shiki, he's about to pull the trigger on Shiki again, and then a memory of when Drakken Killed Shiki in the previous world hit through Shiki and emotions awaken his power within him. Shiki goes into Overdrive! He overpowers Drakken.
Edens Zero: Starbringer cannon destroys the Satellite Blaze.
Drakken Joe flashback, in a twisted way, young Drakken only wanted to live more so he can make lots of friends.
Shiki uses his ultimate move Magimech Attack: Meteor Breaker and beats Joe out of his monster form.
Drakken Joe is turned into an old broken man. The crew reunites.
Rebecca realizes that no one remembers Connor aside from her.

Edens One arc: ✔️

Spoiler: Summary

The Crew visits Noah. He reveals himself to be the GIA Director for the Sakura Cosmos. Rebecca talks to Noah about her powers and Connor.
Shiki wants to visit Granbell one more time before going further into the cosmos.
Edens One ship is revealed. Connor is on it. We see Ziggy's face and a shining eye. Ziggy is alive!
He attacks Shiki and the rest.
Edens one ship arrives above Ziggy.
Ziggy introduces The Four Dark Stars.
The space battle between Edens Zero and Edens One is happening. Mr. Connor pilots Edens One.
Elsie appears and breaks the fight between them.
Ziggy orders his crew to retreat because they can't defeat Elsie now.
Elsie is revealed to have conquered the seven cosmic seas as one of the Oracion Seis Galactica.
Elsie takes a bath with Rebecca and Homura, Homura challenges her to a duel and Elsie neg diffs her with her leg.
Elsie reveals that even as a child she was skilled enough to challenge Valkyrie.
Elsie reveals that Ziggy's plan is to get to Mother.
Elsie goes after Ziggy.
Edens Zero crew goes to outer space and by that to the Aoi Cosmos.

Well tbh, people are always like that. If something was bad for someone, then the most people hate the whole series and the new ones from the authors too. And alvarez arc was better then some arcs of other mangas, but gets more hate because "it's fairy tail", "it's from Hiro Mashima" etc. People suck.

Yep. I wished the fight would at least be a little bit longer. But still was good.

Well tbh, people are always like that. If something was bad for someone, then the most people hate the whole series and the new ones from the authors too. And alvarez arc was better then some arcs of other mangas, but gets more hate because "it's fairy tail", "it's from Hiro Mashima" etc. People suck.

Thoughts so far before I catch up:

Spoiler: Thoughts before Aoi Cosmos Saga

- Someone is messing up with the time aside from Rebecca.

- Shiki is more than likely Mother's creation per Ziggy's request. ( Xiaomei says: In the end, he's Mother's... and cut off )

- Drakken Joe was really overpowered and handicapped at the same time.

- Elsie is confirmed to be stronger than Ziggy who just woke up ( Before going to Aoi Cosmos )

- Shiki's power progression is actually done well, during my first readthrough I didn't bother about it but he is not overpowered because of his Gravity Ether, he still has some ways to go.

- Valkyrie was killed off by Mashima because he made her too strong ( several characters compliment her strength including Ziggy who is calmed down knowing she's dead and they don't have to fight her ).

- I think the current Shiki we observe as MC is a wish from future Shiki to repair everything in the past before it gets too dark. There are too many inconsistencies within the story, the main one being Drakken Joe who lived for 200 years and doesn't know who Ziggy is LOL.

If you want my opinion on something hit me up, although be aware I only finished Sakura Cosmos Saga, I'm currently starting the Red Cave arc.

Sakura Cosmos Saga:​

Intro arc: ✔️

- Rebecca and Happy meet Shiki and they travel to the Blue Garden together.
- Shiki reveals his Ether Gear: Gravity.
- Elsie gets introduced.
- The image of "Mother" is shown and explained, and Shiki feels like he met her.

Norma arc: ✔️

Spoiler: Summary

- Shiki, Rebecca, and Happy go to the Norma Planet.
- They meet Professor Weisz Steiner but not the one Rebecca and Happy knew for years.

They meet a guy named Jamilov who's killing the players in the game and he works for Drakken Joe.
Homura's avatar is revealed to be an Impostor. Impostor allies with Jamilov.
The impostor is Amira from G.I.A Galactic Intelligence Agency.
Hermit reprograms the game and boosts Shiki's power. Jamilov ( The Great Spider ) hacks Edens Zero.
Hermit flashback. She wants to help humans with technology. She was used by Dr. Muller to build a massive canon that destroys the planet Hook, she's later used by Dr. Muller.
2 years later the Doctor gets imprisoned and Hermit is free but she's totally broken.
Rebecca and Shiki talk to Hermit and help her change her mind and join the crew.
Hermit gets rid of the hacker and saves the ship.
Pino reveals her dream to become a human.
Jessie is revealed to be a spy on Elsie's ship.
We meet Drakken Joe and his crew: Diego Reyes, Seth Anderson, and Maria Slime.
Drakken is a Debt Collector.
Drakken tells Seth to kill Spider Hacker for ruining his reputation and picks interest in Edens Zero ship.

Drakken's Special Forces, The Element 4 reveal. Laguna ( the Spirit of Water ) attacks Shiki and the crew.
Drakken's power is revealed to be connected to Element 4.
Weisz defeats Laguna but gets shot by The Spirit of Fire Fie.
Sylph, the Spirit of Wind attacks Rebecca.
Sister interrogates Slime.
Sylph's name is Kleene. Jinn arrives to fight Shiki. He reveals the power of Overdrive.
Rebecca wakes up in Drakken's room.

Drakken breaks up the fight between Shiki and Jinn and shows them the true power of Overdrive. He says that Shiki is the key to unlocking Rebecca's powers.

Drakken Joe's crew completely outplayed and defeated the Edens Zero crew.
On the seventh day of the tenth month in cosmic era X 492. Shiki lost his life.
7 days have passed since Shiki died.
Rebecca is living in Drakken's base, and she realized her power is not super speed but something called: "Cat Leaper" the power to change the laws of the cosmos.
Rebecca awakens her powers during the shower and leaps back in time to the moment before all tragedy happened.
Rebecca tells everyone what happened in the future and they play to form a strategy since they can't beat Drakken in a fair fight, meanwhile, Maria Slime ambushes the ship.
Edens Zero crew launches an all-out attack.
Four Shining Stars go out to fight Element 4.
Master Noah appears on the roof of Drakken's fortress in a form of a hologram.
Noah reveals that Rebecca used her powers unconsciously 29 times and that he did all of the bad things to defeat Drakken. He wants to reveal Drakken's weakness but the transmission is corrupted.
Hermit defeats Fie.
Sister defeats Daichi.
More of Drakken's past is revealed.
Witch and Homura defeat Laguna and Kleene.
Drakken needs Rebecca's powers to return to his former self, he's seen in a healing tube which helps him not age. Labilia is revealed to be a GIA agent Amira ( the one from Digitalis ).
She wants to come up with a plan to defeat Drakken but he shows up and starts fighting them, the crew split up and Shiki runs himself with Drakken through the building and ends up fighting 1 vs 1 in the execution room.
The crew gets to Drakken'sLife Support Device.
Amira reveals that the Life Support Device drains the life force out of people living near it and changes it to life force for Drakken.
Jinn appears to stop them but he hears the truth about Drakken and helps the crew destroy the security system in exchange for healing Kleene.
Shiki unleashes more of his powers and is one step away from reaching the Overdrive.
Weisz realized something, we get a flashback with his mother, she was drained out of her life because of Drakken's powers.
Drakken orders his man to fire the Satellite Blaze at Blue Garden.
Drakken completely loses himself and turns into a giant monster that covers that can go through the building with its octopus-like powers.
Drakken traps most of the crew members and gets an upper hand on Shiki, he's about to pull the trigger on Shiki again, and then a memory of when Drakken Killed Shiki in the previous world hit through Shiki and emotions awaken his power within him. Shiki goes into Overdrive! He overpowers Drakken.
Edens Zero: Starbringer cannon destroys the Satellite Blaze.
Drakken Joe flashback, in a twisted way, young Drakken only wanted to live more so he can make lots of friends.
Shiki uses his ultimate move Magimech Attack: Meteor Breaker and beats Joe out of his monster form.
Drakken Joe is turned into an old broken man. The crew reunites.
Rebecca realizes that no one remembers Connor aside from her.

Edens One arc: ✔️

Spoiler: Summary

The Crew visits Noah. He reveals himself to be the GIA Director for the Sakura Cosmos. Rebecca talks to Noah about her powers and Connor.
Shiki wants to visit Granbell one more time before going further into the cosmos.
Edens One ship is revealed. Connor is on it. We see Ziggy's face and a shining eye. Ziggy is alive!
He attacks Shiki and the rest.
Edens one ship arrives above Ziggy.
Ziggy introduces The Four Dark Stars.
The space battle between Edens Zero and Edens One is happening. Mr. Connor pilots Edens One.
Elsie appears and breaks the fight between them.
Ziggy orders his crew to retreat because they can't defeat Elsie now.
Elsie is revealed to have conquered the seven cosmic seas as one of the Oracion Seis Galactica.
Elsie takes a bath with Rebecca and Homura, Homura challenges her to a duel and Elsie neg diffs her with her leg.
Elsie reveals that even as a child she was skilled enough to challenge Valkyrie.
Elsie reveals that Ziggy's plan is to get to Mother.
Elsie goes after Ziggy.
Edens Zero crew goes to outer space and by that to the Aoi Cosmos.

Red Cave arc: ✔️

Spoiler: Summary

The crew flies through the Dragonfall.
They use their Ether to power up the ship's defenses and use it to fire the cannons. Shiki uses his Overdrive.
They end up in Poseidon Nero's sector of Aoi Cosmos.
Poseidon Nero is revealed, one of the Oracion Seis Galactica, he rules the entire Aoi Cosmos.
Interstellar Union Army's Justice and his crewmates Victory and Creed discuss the events that happened and get an emergency transmission from Colonel Jaguar and other members.
Interstellar Union Army high-ranking members are revealed: Cure, Jaguar, Holy, Feather, Eraser, and Justice.
Edens Zero crew arrives on Red Cave planet. They find an underwater city with Mother's logo on the relief.
They explore the temple and Shiki feels familiar ether. Android named Nadia welcomes the crew. Nadia reveals that Ziggy was here 15 years ago and obtain the beacon to find Mother.
No one on Edens Zero crew can resist the heat from the Cave so Witch went to the Bluegarden to ask Laguna for help.
He comes with them. Laguna reveals that Drakken needed all members of Element 4 to remain stable and the fact that Shiki didn't fight the strongest version of him.
Laguna helps Shiki and Witch and Shiki is able to go through the cave, he arrives in a chamber filled with some strange Ether that speaks to him and embodies the look of Mother.
It is revealed that you need to find Relics that will make a compass to find Mother. Lacrima absorbs Mother's ether.
Witch reveals to Nadia that Andrew died a long time ago but he landed in his ship nearby as a promise to come back to her. Andrew came back with the Relic that helps power up the Androids and Nadia.
The crew leaves the planet and flies away.

Foresta arc: ✔️

Spoiler: Summary

The crew talks about the Lacrima.
We see Elsie in the Aoi Cosmos Coral Sector. She wonders why Ziggy came here and deduces he might want to meet with Nero.
Justice tracked down Elsie's ship. It is revealed that Jesse was a rat.
Elsie's "Princess Guards" Hyoga and Gowen make their debut. Elsie sends Jesse back to Interstellar Army in a pod, she makes her way to Foresta next.
The Edens crew sets out to Foresta where Mother's Ether leads them, Hermit reveals there is a guy named Xenolith who founded Ziggy's and Shiki's Gravity Ether fighting style.
Nero's Commando Team "Beast" revealed: Britney, Orc, and Mora.
Forest is revealed to be infected with some sort of virus that makes Robots go crazy and enslave Humans. Couchpo is on the planet and she helps Rebecca and the crew.
Crew gets attacked by Mora. Orc and Britney arrive right after. Orc mentions that Shiki's Ether is similar to someone named "Shura".
Laguna, Jiin, and Kleene are fighting from the ship.
Shiki fights Orc, Homura fights Mora and Rebecca fights Britney. Shiki goes into Overdrive and defeats Orc. Orc tells Shiki that he is destined to face Shura who is also a Gravity Ether user.
Elsie arrives on the planet and fends off the robots with the Ether Gear called: Star Drain.
Poseidon Shura is revealed, he kills two of his female workers in front of a new worker.
Homura defeats Mora. Rebecca defeats Britney by learning how to defeat her and going back in time after a failed try. Rebecca learns the limits of her powers, for now, she can only leap back in time to the moment she experienced.
The Beast Squad 1 is revealed, there are 6 of them.
Weisz and Hermit get to the Satellite and meet Dr. Muller who hurt Hermit in the past in there.
Victory defeats Beast 1 in no time and Creed locks them up, Shiki and Homura meet Justice for the first time.
"Oceans" are mentioned, they are above Beasts in rank. Justice stops Shiki with no problem. Justice's power is the same as Elsie's which is Star Drain.
Elsie arrives at the last moment to stop Justice from killing Shiki and they fight.
A massive battle between Elsie and Justice's crews begins. Elsie vs Justice, Hyoga vs Creed, and Gowen vs Victory. Kaede Cosmos is mentioned. A small flashback between Justice and Elsie as little kids. They both kiss and stab each other with swords.
A mysterious robot appears! It's Xenolith, he uses the Magimech attack: Gravity Center to unleash a powerful Gravity wave all over the planet to stop the other robots. He reveals that he taught Ziggy his style and he was formerly a human who lived in the Dark Ages known as The Heavenly Knight of the Dancing Sakura ( the statues of heroes we see when looking for hermit )
His silhouette resembles Drakken Joe.
He breaks up the fight between Elsie and Justice with his powers, we move to Weisz, Dr. Muller reveals he experimented on Jinn and Kleene and tortured them, and made Kleene watch how he cuts off Jinn's body parts. Laguna arrives and helps Weisz and Hermit destroy Dr. Muller.
The crew is back on the ship, Laguna seems to have mysterious motives for staying on the ship. Kleene is healed and Weisz talks with Jinn.
Interstellar Army discusses the current situation, Nero arranged a meeting with Oceans and his son Nero, Holy thinks they should get rid of him.
Poseidon Nero is revealed alongside his Ocean 6 member: Callum Steelford, Lyra, Nasseh, Mirrani Lucra, Cyca, and Fabiano.
Lyra reveals that Ziggy is the one who gave Poseidon Shura his Gravity powers.
Nero transfers the Command over Oceans 6 to Shura. Shura's secretary Ijuna is revealed.
Xenolith reveals to Ziggy that the reasoning behind Foresta's downfall was most likely to find and destroy him before he can meet up with Shiki and train him to become stronger than ever.
A short flashback of when Shura was young and Ziggy just gave him Gravity powers.
Shura destroys Cyca because he doesn't want any robots around him.
Xenolith trains the Edens Zero Crew in VR space, he changes into Ziggy all of a sudden.
Xenolith gives another Relic to the crew.
Witch tells Rebecca that she will train her in the bath every day.
Xenolith departs back to Foresta but he offers to train the Crew whenever they need it.
Ziggy discusses the plans with his Dark Stars and says that Shiki is a danger to the universe. He wants to take the Nero Empire for himself.

Sandra arc: ✔️

Spoiler: Summary

The crew finds another Relic on a planet filled with mud.
Shura talks to the people of the Aoi Cosmos and promises to destroy every single bot in the Cosmos.
Ziggy reveals that he's been waiting for this and Shura plans to use the All Link System which commands all the bots in the Aoi Cosmos. Shura meanwhile understands what Ziggy is after and he wants to bait him with it.
Planet Nero one is revealed to be protected by a 60 thousand fleet and 100 thousand battlecruisers. The crew meets a guy named Ibaraki. The crew meets the Oasis, a rebel army that wants to free the Aoi Cosmos from Nero's tyranny. Their leader is a big cat, Goodwin.
Nero still trusts his Empire Dice and tells Fabiano that he will win in the end.
Eraser leads the army towards Nero 66 to fight Shura.

Nero 66 arc: ✔️

Spoiler: Summary

Eraser's fleet of 250 ships vs Shura's fleet of 3200 ships. Aoi Empire is the biggest organization in the Oracion Seis Galactica. The war begins!
Shiki and Goodwin want to use the opportunity to get to the surface and defeat Shura.
Goodwin makes a path for Edens Zero and they charge through the defense line and arrives on Nero 66 to start their battle.
Shura stops Edens Zero ship in midair with his Gravity Ether powers.
Shiki lands on the ground and confronts Shura. They start their fight.
They fight for some time and Shura summons his robot army to take on Shiki while he leaves and ambushes Edens Zero. Oceans 6 Mirrani vs Homura. They fight in the mirror world and Homura goes into Overdrive!
Jinn arrives at Shiki's location and finds him. Homura defeats Mirrani.
The robots send after Shiki formed a shield from corpses around him to protect him from the explosion. Shiki and Jinn arrive on the ship to see Hermit and Sister destroyed and devastated, they reveal that Shura kidnapped Witch.
Shura is seen torturing Witch.
Oceans 6 Nasseh approaches Rebecca and Weisz, meanwhile Oceans 6 Lyra is creating a room to "play".
Justice arrives with a fleet and destroys enemy ships with his powers.
Nasseh hypnotizes Moscoy, Pino, and Happy. Lyra takes Rebecca with her.
Weisz transforms into Arsenal Mark 2.
Weisz vs Nasseh.
Rebecca unconsciously leaps forward in time to the future where Shiki is older. The future is dark there, she wakes up back in the normal timeline.
Lyra vs Rebecca in a card game show?
Weisz battles Nasseh and defeats him by reconfiguring his Knight Gear, after that he goes into Overdrive and uses the machinery around to defeat him but Nasseh manages to escape.
Shiki arrives at Rebecca's locations but he is stopped by Oceans 6 Callum and they drop down the building.
Colonel Jaguar went to attack from a different location, and Homura stumbles upon Creed.
Rebecca plays against Lyra, she uses some kind of scheme or cheats to get the best card almost every time, Rebecca leaps back in time whenever she loses the last part of her clothes.
Shiki and Callum go up and Shiki grabs Rebecca to take her away because Jinn and Kleene arrived at the scene and offered to take care of Lyra and Callum, the battle starts!
Jinn's flashback, he trained Skymech Ninjutsu together with Callum in the past! He could never beat him and Callum left the planet, the fight continues, Jinn finally stabilizes his form because he finally realizes what's most important to him and Kleene overcomes Lyra's powers too, their Ether power is skyrocketing. The Winds of Edens go into Overdrive! They defeat Callum and Lyra.
In the other part of the Aoi Cosmos, Colonel Jaguar together with a major corporation and other allies leads an ambush on planet Nero 1 where Poseidon Nero is residing at the moment.
Jaguar invades the temple and changes into his monster form. Nero greets him.
Ziggy also arrives at the Temple.
The three great forces stare each other down.
Back to Shura, we see Witch completely devastated by the tortures. Shura reveals it goes exactly how he planned and someone will die in Ziggy vs Nero encounter, he believes Nero will be the one and after that, everything in the Aoi Cosmos will be his!
Shura's secretary arrives in front of Shiki and Rebecca and binds them with her powers of Red Destiny.
Laguna arrives and changes Rebecca and Shiki into the water to free them from the Ether effects of Red Destiny.
Ijuna is actually the Princess from the Oasis rebellion, Laguna is shocked.
She reveals that she was kidnapped while trying to rescue Oasis members and tortured every day by Shura almost killing her. She was brainwashed to the point she started to feel pity for Shura and started embracing and loving him.
Shiki, Rebecca, Pino, and Happy arrive at Shura's place to see him smiling over what looks like the dead body of Witch. Shiki is in rage mode.
Shiki and Shura fight, Witch is revealed to be still alive but in a critical condition.
Laguna defeats Ijuna.
Homura talks with Creed who reveals himself to be from the Shogunate family, Jesse approaches them and wants to kill Homura for being tied to Elsie.
Jesse shoots Creed down.
Shura reveals there are 20 thousand imperial antimatter bombs under the Temple waiting to be used. One of them is enough to destroy a whole planet.
Ziggy orders one of his Dark Stars Brigadine to fend off Jaguar, Nero reveals that Jaguar was once a part of the Oracion Seis Galactica just like them and he's in their league in terms of power.
Jaguar instantly destroys Brigadine and Killer, two of the Four Dark Stars of the Demon King.
Unfortunately Ziggy traps Jaguar with his incredible Gravity power and Nero finishes the job by killing Jaguar who is unable to defend himself.
Ziggy reveals that his plan is connected to Machines, Mother, and Chronophages, aside from obtaining the Nero empire. Ziggy vs Nero begins!
They are fighting while at the same time Shiki and Shura go into Overdrive for their fight.
Shiki gets momentarily defeated and Nero reveals himself to Shura on the transmission, he seemingly defeated Ziggy and tells Shura that he transported all 20 thousand bombs to the place where he is because the victory is only for him to achieve.
Shiki arrives back to fight Shura and Ziggy stabs Nero who is shocked by him, Ziggy tells him that Shiki is his boy.
Ziggy gets interested in Nero's powers, he uses a move called Gravity Drain to put him down.
Shiki accumulates an insane amount of Gravity above him and strikes Shura down with the Super Ultimate Magimech Attack: Black Sky! Shura is defeated.
Ziggy transports all 20 thousand Antimatter bombs to the place where Shiki is and activates them to kill them all. Countdown begins, 20 minutes until the explosion.
Xiamoei appears talking to Shiki that he must make the choice to either survive and escape or die protecting everyone.
Interstellar Fleet, Rebellion Fleet, and Empire's Fleet are all leaving the Nero 66 sector before the explosion.
Ziggy appears on the Edens Zero ship in a form of transmission to tell the crew that they made a mistake. He locks the crew on the ship and disables the way to escape. Witch is ready to defend the ship. On the planet Nero 66, we see defeated and devastated Shura, Ijuna approaches him, he thinks she wants to kill him be she actually hugs him and tells him that she always loved him, Shura breaks down in tears for the first time and Ijuna says that he shed tears of a real human for the first time, the explosion happens, the planet is destroyed into pieces.
Witch uses Protection Matrix around the ship to protect the entire crew from the explosion.
A flashback from the good old times, All Shining Stars are around toddler Shiki and Witch holds him in her arms like her own baby, and everyone notices it.
She swore to always protect him. Witch uses all of her powers to protect the ship from the destruction caused by the explosion, she gives her final words to the entire crew as a goodbye and for the first time ever she disobeys an order, to protect her family. She tells them she loves them all. Witch dies, protecting the ship.
The news about the ending of the war breaks down in the Aoi Cosmos.
Elsie visits Ziggy in the Temple.
Ziggy admits if Elsie tried, she could kill him at this moment and time but she denies it for old times sake but promises the next time they met they will be enemies.
The crew is in a tough mood, everyone is either sad or crying about Witch's death, Rebecca comes to Shiki's room to make him happier, and she reveals that she's been trying to use her powers for 2 days, we can see Rebecca's body shattered from the tries.
The meeting between Interstella Union Army High Ranking members is held. Elsie is not considered a threat for now.
The reveal of the remaining three members of the Oracion Seis Galactica:
Deadend Crow, Archbishop Saintfire Nox, and God Acnoella.
Justice talks to Victory, Victory says that he believes the only way Jaguar was killed is if Ziggy and Nero worked together which is correct.
Jesse lies that it was Homura who killed Creed during the war.
Edens Zero crew and the Rebellion members pay respects to those fallen in battle.
Shiki gets a mechanical eye implanted.
Weisz and Laguna have a conversation, Laguna wants to stay on the ship and help the crew with their dreams.
Shiki announces to the crew that they will defeat Ziggy but first, they must become stronger than they ever were before. The Aoi Cosmos was liberated, Oasis disbanded and formed a Civilian Military Organization on Planet Sandra, Dead Cam CEO Rickard helped gain peace and harmony between the bots on Foresta, Union Army settled on Planet Nero 1 to help form a new and stabilized government.
We move 3 years into the future, 3 years after the Aoi Cosmos war.

Homura's avatar is revealed to be an Impostor. Impostor allies with Jamilov.
The impostor is Amira from G.I.A Galactic Intelligence Agency.
Hermit reprograms the game and boosts Shiki's power. Jamilov ( The Great Spider ) hacks Edens Zero.
Hermit flashback. She wants to help humans with technology. She was used by Dr. Muller to build a massive canon that destroys the planet Hook, she's later used by Dr. Muller.
2 years later the Doctor gets imprisoned and Hermit is free but she's totally broken.
Rebecca and Shiki talk to Hermit and help her change her mind and join the crew.
Hermit gets rid of the hacker and saves the ship.
Pino reveals her dream to become a human.
Jessie is revealed to be a spy on Elsie's ship.
We meet Drakken Joe and his crew: Diego Reyes, Seth Anderson, and Maria Slime.
Drakken is a Debt Collector.
Drakken tells Seth to kill Spider Hacker for ruining his reputation and picks interest in Edens Zero ship.
Sister reveals that Guild Master Noah is suspicious, we see his conversation with Drakken Joe, and the crew travels to Mildian, the planet where time has stopped.

Drakken Joe's crew completely outplayed and defeated the Edens Zero crew.
On the seventh day of the tenth month in cosmic era X 492. Shiki lost his life.
7 days have passed since Shiki died.
Rebecca is living in Drakken's base, and she realized her power is not super speed but something called: "Cat Leaper" the power to change the laws of the cosmos.
Rebecca awakens her powers during the shower and leaps back in time to the moment before all tragedy happened.
Rebecca tells everyone what happened in the future and they play to form a strategy since they can't beat Drakken in a fair fight, meanwhile, Maria Slime ambushes the ship.
Edens Zero crew launches an all-out attack.
Four Shining Stars go out to fight Element 4.
Master Noah appears on the roof of Drakken's fortress in a form of a hologram.
Noah reveals that Rebecca used her powers unconsciously 29 times and that he did all of the bad things to defeat Drakken. He wants to reveal Drakken's weakness but the transmission is corrupted.
Hermit defeats Fie.
Sister defeats Daichi.
More of Drakken's past is revealed.
Witch and Homura defeat Laguna and Kleene.
Drakken needs Rebecca's powers to return to his former self, he's seen in a healing tube which helps him not age. Labilia is revealed to be a GIA agent Amira ( the one from Digitalis ).
She wants to come up with a plan to defeat Drakken but he shows up and starts fighting them, the crew split up and Shiki runs himself with Drakken through the building and ends up fighting 1 vs 1 in the execution room.
The crew gets to Drakken'sLife Support Device.
Amira reveals that the Life Support Device drains the life force out of people living near it and changes it to life force for Drakken.
Jinn appears to stop them but he hears the truth about Drakken and helps the crew destroy the security system in exchange for healing Kleene.
Shiki unleashes more of his powers and is one step away from reaching the Overdrive.
Weisz realized something, we get a flashback with his mother, she was drained out of her life because of Drakken's powers.
Drakken orders his man to fire the Satellite Blaze at Blue Garden.
Drakken completely loses himself and turns into a giant monster that covers that can go through the building with its octopus-like powers.
Drakken traps most of the crew members and gets an upper hand on Shiki, he's about to pull the trigger on Shiki again, and then a memory of when Drakken Killed Shiki in the previous world hit through Shiki and emotions awaken his power within him. Shiki goes into Overdrive! He overpowers Drakken.
Edens Zero: Starbringer cannon destroys the Satellite Blaze.
Drakken Joe flashback, in a twisted way, young Drakken only wanted to live more so he can make lots of friends.
Shiki uses his ultimate move Magimech Attack: Meteor Breaker and beats Joe out of his monster form.
Drakken Joe is turned into an old broken man. The crew reunites.
Rebecca realizes that no one remembers Connor aside from her.

Edens One arc: ✔️

Spoiler: Summary

The Crew visits Noah. He reveals himself to be the GIA Director for the Sakura Cosmos. Rebecca talks to Noah about her powers and Connor.
Shiki wants to visit Granbell one more time before going further into the cosmos.
Edens One ship is revealed. Connor is on it. We see Ziggy's face and a shining eye. Ziggy is alive!
He attacks Shiki and the rest.
Edens one ship arrives above Ziggy.
Ziggy introduces The Four Dark Stars.
The space battle between Edens Zero and Edens One is happening. Mr. Connor pilots Edens One.
Elsie appears and breaks the fight between them.
Ziggy orders his crew to retreat because they can't defeat Elsie now.
Elsie is revealed to have conquered the seven cosmic seas as one of the Oracion Seis Galactica.
Elsie takes a bath with Rebecca and Homura, Homura challenges her to a duel and Elsie neg diffs her with her leg.
Elsie reveals that even as a child she was skilled enough to challenge Valkyrie.
Elsie reveals that Ziggy's plan is to get to Mother.

Red Cave arc: ✔️

Spoiler: Summary

The crew flies through the Dragonfall.
They use their Ether to power up the ship's defenses and use it to fire the cannons. Shiki uses his Overdrive.
They end up in Poseidon Nero's sector of Aoi Cosmos.
Poseidon Nero is revealed, one of the Oracion Seis Galactica, he rules the entire Aoi Cosmos.
Interstellar Union Army's Justice and his crewmates Victory and Creed discuss the events that happened and get an emergency transmission from Colonel Jaguar and other members.
Interstellar Union Army high-ranking members are revealed: Cure, Jaguar, Holy, Feather, Eraser, and Justice.
Edens Zero crew arrives on Red Cave planet. They find an underwater city with Mother's logo on the relief.
They explore the temple and Shiki feels familiar ether. Android named Nadia welcomes the crew. Nadia reveals that Ziggy was here 15 years ago and obtain the beacon to find Mother.
No one on Edens Zero crew can resist the heat from the Cave so Witch went to the Bluegarden to ask Laguna for help.
He comes with them. Laguna reveals that Drakken needed all members of Element 4 to remain stable and the fact that Shiki didn't fight the strongest version of him.
Laguna helps Shiki and Witch and Shiki is able to go through the cave, he arrives in a chamber filled with some strange Ether that speaks to him and embodies the look of Mother.
It is revealed that you need to find Relics that will make a compass to find Mother. Lacrima absorbs Mother's ether.
Witch reveals to Nadia that Andrew died a long time ago but he landed in his ship nearby as a promise to come back to her. Andrew came back with the Relic that helps power up the Androids and Nadia.
The crew leaves the planet and flies away.

Foresta arc: ✔️

Spoiler: Summary

The crew talks about the Lacrima.
We see Elsie in the Aoi Cosmos Coral Sector. She wonders why Ziggy came here and deduces he might want to meet with Nero.
Justice tracked down Elsie's ship. It is revealed that Jesse was a rat.
Elsie's "Princess Guards" Hyoga and Gowen make their debut. Elsie sends Jesse back to Interstellar Army in a pod, she makes her way to Foresta next.
The Edens crew sets out to Foresta where Mother's Ether leads them, Hermit reveals there is a guy named Xenolith who founded Ziggy's and Shiki's Gravity Ether fighting style.
Nero's Commando Team "Beast" revealed: Britney, Orc, and Mora.
Forest is revealed to be infected with some sort of virus that makes Robots go crazy and enslave Humans. Couchpo is on the planet and she helps Rebecca and the crew.
Crew gets attacked by Mora. Orc and Britney arrive right after. Orc mentions that Shiki's Ether is similar to someone named "Shura".
Laguna, Jiin, and Kleene are fighting from the ship.
Shiki fights Orc, Homura fights Mora and Rebecca fights Britney. Shiki goes into Overdrive and defeats Orc. Orc tells Shiki that he is destined to face Shura who is also a Gravity Ether user.
Elsie arrives on the planet and fends off the robots with the Ether Gear called: Star Drain.
Poseidon Shura is revealed, he kills two of his female workers in front of a new worker.
Homura defeats Mora. Rebecca defeats Britney by learning how to defeat her and going back in time after a failed try. Rebecca learns the limits of her powers, for now, she can only leap back in time to the moment she experienced.
The Beast Squad 1 is revealed, there are 6 of them.
Weisz and Hermit get to the Satellite and meet Dr. Muller who hurt Hermit in the past in there.
Victory defeats Beast 1 in no time and Creed locks them up, Shiki and Homura meet Justice for the first time.
"Oceans" are mentioned, they are above Beasts in rank. Justice stops Shiki with no problem. Justice's power is the same as Elsie's which is Star Drain.
Elsie arrives at the last moment to stop Justice from killing Shiki and they fight.
A massive battle between Elsie and Justice's crews begins. Elsie vs Justice, Hyoga vs Creed, and Gowen vs Victory. Kaede Cosmos is mentioned. A small flashback between Justice and Elsie as little kids. They both kiss and stab each other with swords.
A mysterious robot appears! It's Xenolith, he uses the Magimech attack: Gravity Center to unleash a powerful Gravity wave all over the planet to stop the other robots. He reveals that he taught Ziggy his style and he was formerly a human who lived in the Dark Ages known as The Heavenly Knight of the Dancing Sakura ( the statues of heroes we see when looking for hermit )
His silhouette resembles Drakken Joe.
He breaks up the fight between Elsie and Justice with his powers, we move to Weisz, Dr. Muller reveals he experimented on Jinn and Kleene and tortured them, and made Kleene watch how he cuts off Jinn's body parts. Laguna arrives and helps Weisz and Hermit destroy Dr. Muller.
The crew is back on the ship, Laguna seems to have mysterious motives for staying on the ship. Kleene is healed and Weisz talks with Jinn.
Interstellar Army discusses the current situation, Nero arranged a meeting with Oceans and his son Nero, Holy thinks they should get rid of him.
Poseidon Nero is revealed alongside his Ocean 6 member: Callum Steelford, Lyra, Nasseh, Mirrani Lucra, Cyca, and Fabiano.
Lyra reveals that Ziggy is the one who gave Poseidon Shura his Gravity powers.
Nero transfers the Command over Oceans 6 to Shura. Shura's secretary Ijuna is revealed.
Xenolith reveals to Ziggy that the reasoning behind Foresta's downfall was most likely to find and destroy him before he can meet up with Shiki and train him to become stronger than ever.
A short flashback of when Shura was young and Ziggy just gave him Gravity powers.
Shura destroys Cyca because he doesn't want any robots around him.
Xenolith trains the Edens Zero Crew in VR space, he changes into Ziggy all of a sudden.
Xenolith gives another Relic to the crew.
Witch tells Rebecca that she will train her in the bath every day.
Xenolith departs back to Foresta but he offers to train the Crew whenever they need it.
Ziggy discusses the plans with his Dark Stars and says that Shiki is a danger to the universe. He wants to take the Nero Empire for himself.

Sandra arc: ✔️

Spoiler: Summary

The crew finds another Relic on a planet filled with mud.
Shura talks to the people of the Aoi Cosmos and promises to destroy every single bot in the Cosmos.
Ziggy reveals that he's been waiting for this and Shura plans to use the All Link System which commands all the bots in the Aoi Cosmos. Shura meanwhile understands what Ziggy is after and he wants to bait him with it.
Planet Nero one is revealed to be protected by a 60 thousand fleet and 100 thousand battlecruisers. The crew meets a guy named Ibaraki. The crew meets the Oasis, a rebel army that wants to free the Aoi Cosmos from Nero's tyranny. Their leader is a big cat, Goodwin.
Nero still trusts his Empire Dice and tells Fabiano that he will win in the end.
Eraser leads the army towards Nero 66 to fight Shura.

Eraser's fleet of 250 ships vs Shura's fleet of 3200 ships. Aoi Empire is the biggest organization in the Oracion Seis Galactica. The war begins!
Shiki and Goodwin want to use the opportunity to get to the surface and defeat Shura.
Goodwin makes a path for Edens Zero and they charge through the defense line and arrives on Nero 66 to start their battle.
Shura stops Edens Zero ship in midair with his Gravity Ether powers.
Shiki lands on the ground and confronts Shura. They start their fight.
They fight for some time and Shura summons his robot army to take on Shiki while he leaves and ambushes Edens Zero. Oceans 6 Mirrani vs Homura. They fight in the mirror world and Homura goes into Overdrive!
Jinn arrives at Shiki's location and finds him. Homura defeats Mirrani.
The robots send after Shiki formed a shield from corpses around him to protect him from the explosion. Shiki and Jinn arrive on the ship to see Hermit and Sister destroyed and devastated, they reveal that Shura kidnapped Witch.
Shura is seen torturing Witch.
Oceans 6 Nasseh approaches Rebecca and Weisz, meanwhile Oceans 6 Lyra is creating a room to "play".
Justice arrives with a fleet and destroys enemy ships with his powers.
Nasseh hypnotizes Moscoy, Pino, and Happy. Lyra takes Rebecca with her.
Weisz transforms into Arsenal Mark 2.
Weisz vs Nasseh.
Rebecca unconsciously leaps forward in time to the future where Shiki is older. The future is dark there, she wakes up back in the normal timeline.
Lyra vs Rebecca in a card game show?
Weisz battles Nasseh and defeats him by reconfiguring his Knight Gear, after that he goes into Overdrive and uses the machinery around to defeat him but Nasseh manages to escape.
Shiki arrives at Rebecca's locations but he is stopped by Oceans 6 Callum and they drop down the building.
Colonel Jaguar went to attack from a different location, and Homura stumbles upon Creed.
Rebecca plays against Lyra, she uses some kind of scheme or cheats to get the best card almost every time, Rebecca leaps back in time whenever she loses the last part of her clothes.
Shiki and Callum go up and Shiki grabs Rebecca to take her away because Jinn and Kleene arrived at the scene and offered to take care of Lyra and Callum, the battle starts!
Jinn's flashback, he trained Skymech Ninjutsu together with Callum in the past! He could never beat him and Callum left the planet, the fight continues, Jinn finally stabilizes his form because he finally realizes what's most important to him and Kleene overcomes Lyra's powers too, their Ether power is skyrocketing. The Winds of Edens go into Overdrive! They defeat Callum and Lyra.
In the other part of the Aoi Cosmos, Colonel Jaguar together with a major corporation and other allies leads an ambush on planet Nero 1 where Poseidon Nero is residing at the moment.
Jaguar invades the temple and changes into his monster form. Nero greets him.
Ziggy also arrives at the Temple.
The three great forces stare each other down.
Back to Shura, we see Witch completely devastated by the tortures. Shura reveals it goes exactly how he planned and someone will die in Ziggy vs Nero encounter, he believes Nero will be the one and after that, everything in the Aoi Cosmos will be his!
Shura's secretary arrives in front of Shiki and Rebecca and binds them with her powers of Red Destiny.
Laguna arrives and changes Rebecca and Shiki into the water to free them from the Ether effects of Red Destiny.
Ijuna is actually the Princess from the Oasis rebellion, Laguna is shocked.
She reveals that she was kidnapped while trying to rescue Oasis members and tortured every day by Shura almost killing her. She was brainwashed to the point she started to feel pity for Shura and started embracing and loving him.
Shiki, Rebecca, Pino, and Happy arrive at Shura's place to see him smiling over what looks like the dead body of Witch. Shiki is in rage mode.
Shiki and Shura fight, Witch is revealed to be still alive but in a critical condition.
Laguna defeats Ijuna.
Homura talks with Creed who reveals himself to be from the Shogunate family, Jesse approaches them and wants to kill Homura for being tied to Elsie.
Jesse shoots Creed down.
Shura reveals there are 20 thousand imperial antimatter bombs under the Temple waiting to be used. One of them is enough to destroy a whole planet.
Ziggy orders one of his Dark Stars Brigadine to fend off Jaguar, Nero reveals that Jaguar was once a part of the Oracion Seis Galactica just like them and he's in their league in terms of power.
Jaguar instantly destroys Brigadine and Killer, two of the Four Dark Stars of the Demon King.
Unfortunately Ziggy traps Jaguar with his incredible Gravity power and Nero finishes the job by killing Jaguar who is unable to defend himself.
Ziggy reveals that his plan is connected to Machines, Mother, and Chronophages, aside from obtaining the Nero empire. Ziggy vs Nero begins!
They are fighting while at the same time Shiki and Shura go into Overdrive for their fight.
Shiki gets momentarily defeated and Nero reveals himself to Shura on the transmission, he seemingly defeated Ziggy and tells Shura that he transported all 20 thousand bombs to the place where he is because the victory is only for him to achieve.
Shiki arrives back to fight Shura and Ziggy stabs Nero who is shocked by him, Ziggy tells him that Shiki is his boy.
Ziggy gets interested in Nero's powers, he uses a move called Gravity Drain to put him down.
Shiki accumulates an insane amount of Gravity above him and strikes Shura down with the Super Ultimate Magimech Attack: Black Sky! Shura is defeated.
Ziggy transports all 20 thousand Antimatter bombs to the place where Shiki is and activates them to kill them all. Countdown begins, 20 minutes until the explosion.
Xiamoei appears talking to Shiki that he must make the choice to either survive and escape or die protecting everyone.
Interstellar Fleet, Rebellion Fleet, and Empire's Fleet are all leaving the Nero 66 sector before the explosion.
Ziggy appears on the Edens Zero ship in a form of transmission to tell the crew that they made a mistake. He locks the crew on the ship and disables the way to escape. Witch is ready to defend the ship. On the planet Nero 66, we see defeated and devastated Shura, Ijuna approaches him, he thinks she wants to kill him be she actually hugs him and tells him that she always loved him, Shura breaks down in tears for the first time and Ijuna says that he shed tears of a real human for the first time, the explosion happens, the planet is destroyed into pieces.
Witch uses Protection Matrix around the ship to protect the entire crew from the explosion.
A flashback from the good old times, All Shining Stars are around toddler Shiki and Witch holds him in her arms like her own baby, and everyone notices it.
She swore to always protect him. Witch uses all of her powers to protect the ship from the destruction caused by the explosion, she gives her final words to the entire crew as a goodbye and for the first time ever she disobeys an order, to protect her family. She tells them she loves them all. Witch dies, protecting the ship.
The news about the ending of the war breaks down in the Aoi Cosmos.
Elsie visits Ziggy in the Temple.
Ziggy admits if Elsie tried, she could kill him at this moment and time but she denies it for old times sake but promises the next time they met they will be enemies.
The crew is in a tough mood, everyone is either sad or crying about Witch's death, Rebecca comes to Shiki's room to make him happier, and she reveals that she's been trying to use her powers for 2 days, we can see Rebecca's body shattered from the tries.
The meeting between Interstella Union Army High Ranking members is held. Elsie is not considered a threat for now.
The reveal of the remaining three members of the Oracion Seis Galactica:
Deadend Crow, Archbishop Saintfire Nox, and God Acnoella.
Justice talks to Victory, Victory says that he believes the only way Jaguar was killed is if Ziggy and Nero worked together which is correct.
Jesse lies that it was Homura who killed Creed during the war.
Edens Zero crew and the Rebellion members pay respects to those fallen in battle.
Shiki gets a mechanical eye implanted.
Weisz and Laguna have a conversation, Laguna wants to stay on the ship and help the crew with their dreams.
Shiki announces to the crew that they will defeat Ziggy but first, they must become stronger than they ever were before. The Aoi Cosmos was liberated, Oasis disbanded and formed a Civilian Military Organization on Planet Sandra, Dead Cam CEO Rickard helped gain peace and harmony between the bots on Foresta, Union Army settled on Planet Nero 1 to help form a new and stabilized government.
We move 3 years into the future, 3 years after the Aoi Cosmos war.
