Would be cool if they have a evil sibling. But I thought, Nox would be the perfect female enemy in this manga and I thought it would be cool, because ez didn't have so much good evil females.

Of course they are shounens where female characters are trash. Like you said, op is the best example.
Yep, ez have good femals, Holy and the shining stars are good examples.
But still Hiro is one of the few manga artist who draws a lot of females in his works, ft had a lot of females and also a lot of them were enemies. But in ez I miss female servants or arc bosses. Besides Kleene and Kurenai we didn't had much of them. Therefore I hoped Nox would be the saga boss/cosmos boss of Yukino or the final boss.

Oh yeah, more alien races would be really good and female aliens too. That would be so cool

Or maybe not the final enemy, but maybe she will be the Yukino cosmos boss.

Or she somehow give up her body and went with her soul in the body of Rachel or Rebecca or Ziggy and the E1.

I recently started to wonder if Edens One is not one of the wishes. Shining Stars listened to Ziggy's orders. He could've asked one of them to make that wish while the rest of the Stars make other ones for Ziggy and ofc Ziggy himself makes his one.
