Future Events Elbaf is an Akainu arc

Elbaf as an arc where Shanks dies
Shanks left the island lol
Lol, Shanks won't die, remember in 2015 when some OG OP theorists made theories about the possibility of Shanks dying fighting BB in the New World? that narrative changed since then, just like in 2013-2018 when they also made theories about Shanks being strongest OP character but it changed as the Series went by and Oda kept pulling things out of his ass, that theory died, it lasted from 2013-2018.

I'm betting on Saul/Loki being the focusing support characters like Bonney/Kuma/Vegapunk

Antagonists to the straw hats are hard to pinpoint,
But I'm still leaning red hair pirates or Garling.
I wouldn't like another antagonist/rival introduced this late

He's not losing before seeing Luffy lol:willight:

Akainu vs luffy and shanks vs bb is coming now
So we're getting Red-haired Pirates vs Blackbeard Pirates instead of Straw-Hat Pirates fighting them? Over The Series The Straw-Hat Pirates as a Crew fought Crews such as: Arlong Pirates, Baroque Works, Enel’s Army, CP9, Moria's Zombified Crew, New Fish-Men Pirates, Doffy Pirates and Beasts Pirates, and the pecking order in terms of who were the most difficult/toughest crew Straw-Hats fought is like this:
Beasts Pirates>Baroque Works>CP9>Moria's Zombified Crew>Doffy Pirates>Enel's Saints>New Fish-Men Pirates>Arlong Pirates
But if we're gonna put BB pirates as next crews Straw-Hats may fight, I think I put them between CP9 and Baroque Works or maybe between Moria's Zombified Crew and CP9, Beasts Pirates will always stay Straw-Hats' most difficult opponents, if Oda wants to end OP in the next 5-6 years, the next antagonists for Straw-Hats should be a bit easier than Beasts Pirates.

After Egghead ended I doubt so, there's absolutely no indication Akainu is planning to leave his desk. There was a possibility VP's speech or a Kizaru loss would have him make his move but VP speech ended up being underwhelming and Kizaru is fine.
I actually believe marine won't be involved for Elbaf

I would love it. I think Akainu and Dragon will extreme diff the desk around the same time, potentially as a response to each other's movement.

My guess is Akainu is moving in the next chapters. The Gorosei fumbled, now it is time for him to do it his own way.

There’s still too many high priority targets for the world government to just say “We took the L but we killed Stella.”

Bonney is still super problematic, Luffys fruit awakening is a huge issue for them, and the giants actively attacking them is another problem.

All in all them knowing the next step of these people being Elbaf, and the WG canonically having a pose to Elbaf should lead to them taking some initiative only this time bringing a bigger force cause this time they know they’ll be up against Luffy and the giants.

I don’t think it has to happen in Elbaf but soon enough we will get an event that finally makes Akainu take action.

Fujitora - Failed on purpose in Dressrosa
Fujitora & Greenbull - Failed (on purpose or due to location?) vs Sabo & Revos in Mariejois
Greenbull - Would have likely failed vs injured SHP but instead got his ass whooped by Shanks
Kizaru - Killed Stella Vegapunk but failed in all else

His admirals are failing left and right. Fujitora & Greenbull are still new but now even his most trusted and senior admiral Kizaru couldnt get the job done. Even Garp got beat by ex-admiral Aokiji. So if they cant then nobody in the entire marines can but for himself (or perhaps Kong). And this will make him take action directly on the battlefield.

Possible. But Akainu is very comnected to Dragon imho so also a Dragon arc

I should update the OP lol, its old. I actually dont believe Akainu is coming through anymore to Elbaf. This was when I thought Kizaru might have been used as a segue to the arc if he lost (I.e. Marines retaliating).

Its still possible I guess, but at this point I just think Elbaf is about the Burned Scar Man or some new villain we havent heard of.
