Elden Ring

Yeah I’m not THAT retarded come on
Tbh if you’re not really interested in role playing a pilgrim/exploring and just want to flex on us about how easy the bosses are (you are going to utterly smoke the Stormveil castle boss based on the fact that you beat Margit underleveled - who is considered much harder by most people lol) I would just find a general guide with a reccomended order to do stuff

What about crafting, is it important

Uncle Van

Bullets don't hurt. But Taxes do.
Yupp this game is dogshit, finding bosses and areas is the biggest challenge in the game
I ended up opening the map with cheat engine but to no use, I literally can’t find the Stormveil castle boss (or whatever is the continuation to the area). The giant bridge leading to a portal needs a key
I explored some caves but couldn’t find a major link point
What now @TheKnightOfTheSea @EmperorKinyagi @DarkestKnightofSpoilers
Ran into the Thriller Driller Killer yet?

my first run was Greatsword with lion's claw lmao

steam rolled most bosses so fucking hard

L2 L2 L2 reposte :suresure:
So I use guts great sword with “flash step” for lack of better words. The Elden beast gives me problems though.

Unfortunately bleed with uchigatana
What are you going to do in the DLC?

Pure strength with the guts sword and grafted blade
Same but the Elden beast fucks me over

You mean quick step or Bloodhound's step?

While those are decent Weapon arts against npc enemies etc, they are kinda useless against large bosses.

Check out some other weapon arts. Lion's claw is a great one. Giant's hunt, Cragblade are great too. Or even the Greatsword's default skill, Stamp(and its many variations) are pretty good.

Against Elden beast, if you're getting killed in a few hits, maybe get the Haligdrake+2 talisman.

Bloodhound step is what I have. I’ve recently picked up the Bow of Gransax. I’ll try the weapon arts that you suggested.

I like Bloodhounds step because it allowed me to dodge effectively while wearing heavy armor.

Get more endurance and/or use the equipment load talisman.

At least for me, Heavy armor isn't really better than light armor.

And with light armor, you can get mid roll easily. Which is enough for almost all the bosses.

You could also try Bloodhound's Fang weapon. It's skill has some iframes that can help close distance from and to bosses. kinda similar to bloodhound's step.

Elden Ring really wants you to slow down and view the smallest details with a close eye. It really wants you to read the lore, pay close attention to the characters, and most importantly, question every single thing you come across.

The fact that a couple of NPCs you barely know are telling you to go to Stormvale but never providing clear direction on how or why to get there is not a design oversight, it is the game being intentionally vague because it really wants you to question who you are and why you’re engaging with the world the way you are. And why you’re listening to people you barely know lol.

The game is vague on purpose. It wants you to slow down and ask those questions, it wants you to wrack your brain for the answer. Using a cheat engine only takes that experience away from you lol.

I got used to that with the earlier games, they used they same concept which I liked when it was a bit more enclosed and connected through certain tunnels or castles, ER map is too big for my brain to process especially when I game solely to ease my head
Fun fact DS1 was my first souls game and I quit at first because I kept dying to the road to catacombs regenerating skeleton bastards, not knowing I should go another way. I came back after a month and figured it out lmao

Yeah,It‘s not the first time one dislikes a Souls Game, but later after a couple months comes back and crushes it :pepebusi:
