But suddenly when it comes to BBs No.2 the fandom goes berserk for suggesting Shiryu > or = Prime WB. The possibility is so traumatic that some people have started suggesting shit like BB will ditch his current crew and get stronger guys who will become his WB and Shiki.

Yonko and Admiral fans really pressed right now I imagine. Spent all that time putting Prime WB at the highest pedestal, even the Admirals cant deny WB greatness since old sickbeard beat the crap out of current FA in MF and now they will have to accept THE JANITOR surpassing Prime WB. The Impel Down Thug will surpass Prime WB and be able to high diff the likes of the FA.

Or you can theorize about Loki joining BB and becoming the WB equivalent. Or the sons of Rocks (BB and Buggy) combine together and Mihawk takes his default position of the Worlds Strongest and serves as Zoros matchup.

Obviously, as of now, feats are missing but we haven't seen them doing much anyway.

With haki and awakening, there is ample opportunities to upscale BBPs

While New Gen of Holy Knights Parallel Red-Hair Pirates, (Shamrock & Shanks are Opposite Faces of Same Coin),

This means when it comes to BB Pirates, which is basically an Alliance of Criminals or Corrupt People who want to have their own Kingdom/Join WG, their Opposites should be those who represent Kingdoms wanting to join Pirates, and i've already seen that tbh,

It's SH's Grand Fleet, Leo is basically Representative of Dressrosa, just like Sai is Representative of his own WG-Affiliated Kingdom, and so is Cavendish, and so is Hajrudin with Elbaph, and so is Orlumbus, even Ideo is Representative of Longarm & Longleg Kingdoms ... etc
Each one is Introducing Piracy to their own Kingdoms, the opposite of what BB Captains are,

And beside Bartolomeo & Leo who already ate a DF, weren't Hajrudin, Ideo, Orlumbus & Cavendish competing to eat a DF? It's obvious They will eat One in the Future, and We will soon see couple more Leaders join, making the Group fully Parallel BB Pirates, (They just need someone of Aokiji's Caliber & couple More Recruits)

One mistake you're making is equating Sanji to Shiryu.
Sanji has a much higher ceiling than Shiryu does for a pletora of reasons I'm not really going to get into in this post.
Sanji >= Kaido EoS is not an outlandish take if you're saying Zoro >= Roger for instance, likewise with Luffy as the 3 are relative so context is important. Saying Zoro >= Roger whilst saying Sanji >=Kaido is an outlandish take is what is outlandish lol

Anyways thoughts on the relativity of the M3 aside.
With regards to Shiryu, I have no doubt that he'd be a powerhouse but he's certainly not going to be as strong as Prime WB.
He simply isn't that ilk of character as seen by how Garp disrespected him by calling him a lowley janitor or some shit on Fullaled. Moreover Teach's dynamic with his boys is not the same as Rocks had with Shiki and Newgate. Then there's also the fact that Rocks WB wasn't Prime WB. Regardless, should be pretty obvious but you simply can't equate Shiryu with Newgate. I do expect Shiryu to be a solid top tier at the very least though, so relative to the likes of Aramaki and Fuji

For all we know Xebec & Roger fought only once in GV.

Oda probably retconned WB's scar and he fought against Garling and Ray fought Shiki.
