It will take some time,this wont happen imnediately after the first edition. But the road is clearly that one. Especially Middle East clubs,they can pay more than anyone else. Brazilian clubs are getting richer as well. If they can play against European clubs every 2 years,they will attract more players than they already do.

No it won't because the best players want to win the CL and the big league titles. So European football will always be no.1 while the USA, China and ME will be for a last big paycheck
