The game started at 9:32 pm EST and Reborn asked claiming at 2:00 am EST and she was offline at that moment since it was 2 am at her country. At that moment many people with different time zone can claim so the reason Kiwi claimed after few people claim does not make her sus

With broken skill like that she will become primary NK if she revealed her role early
