Shin will give it back to Sei. He won't become a member yet - Qin just ate a huge L afterall.
I agree. I'm thinking B or C, but perhaps Ei Sei takes it back for safekeeping for when Shin is ready (whether he tells him or not), or Shin will get that pendant anyway as the new Fifth Great replacing Kan Ki - assuming he will be the first newly minted Six Great General.
Regardless of what happens, I believe it's far too soon for Shin to become a Six Great General. This arc has proven he's much further along as an Instinctual Type than I had thought, but the fact remains he's only been a general for about two years and hasn't had much experience leading on his own yet. It'd be cool to see the Q3 lead solo campaigns as generals in the not too distant future, but I'm not anticipating it after this arc or the next - perhaps not until Zhao itself falls.
That said, despite the fact I think it's too early for Shin to become a 6GG or even a regular GG, I do believe the Q3 will be given more responsibility and command of greater numbers very soon. I think it's very possible and probable they will each absorb a good chunk of the 120K troops stationed at Tai Gen as there probably isn't enough time to hold lengthy recruitment processes before the next campaign.

On a side note: I was going to argue Shin has yet to lead a campaign or command tens of thousands of men in battle at all but neither is necessarily true.
At Shukai, Shin took command of what was essentially a semi-autonomous Right Wing. There is also an argument - though not the strongest, I admit - he took command of the campaign after escaping Gishi Plains when he set the agenda on using the Kan Ki Army's Siege Unit to seize Gian in Kan Ki's absence and without his leave.
While he has deferred to Mou Ten, I think it's fair to say Shin has taken more of a leadership role in their partnership this arc. Of course, it helps Shin saved his life and army, but Mou Ten has followed his lead because he's obviously smart enough to recognise Shin has the stronger army and his instincts have been on a roll since he shared he sensed something was off at their meeting. Even if you grant Shin both of these points, I don't think it's enough experience to be pushed up all the way to Six Great General though.
And having said that, another point came to mind: the Q3 are a) talented ass motherfuckers and b)
frighteningly compatible. I don't think it's hyperbolic to suggest their three armies combined at their peaks as Six Great Generals will be rivalled by few
if any other combinations of three generals. Just consider Sanyou: when the fledgling Q3 worked together to take down Rin Ko.
Four Heavenly Kings Rin Ko. The Flying Spear of the great Ren Pa.
That dude. I don't think Rin Ko's core 500-Man cavalry was necessarily a match for Gyou'us Rai'un, but it is nevertheless impressive the Q3 combined forces as they did to essentially neuter Rin Ko's offensive potential and carve out an opportunity to take his head.
I don't if it's possible to have had more respect for the feat at the time than now when considering the greater of context of Kingdom.
Consider Wei Fire Dragons when Ou Hon and Shin punched way above their weights against Wei's Great Generals.
Consider how Shin and Mou Ten revived the left wing at Shukai, and then again on the right wing. Nuts.
