Yes Ousen did make a request before heading out, bt it's food related, never thought it that way. If sending food supply was possible, SHK would do it anyway. Argument can be made that since Ousen forces are takin up all Riboku attntion, it could create an opportunity for a food supply bt shouldn't someone like SHK already perceive things like this ahead and deducted, it was not possible?
So maybe it still has some risk factor to it and isn't fool proof, bt Ousen got to SHK to try anyway. Maybe.

I think Shun Sui Ju being at Retsubi might come into play nw, he isn't someone easy to fool like that. He was already able to deduce Qin feint and attack at Retsubi before when he was at frontline, so chances are he would be able to see through this again.

He didn't because his side was pretty tired too but definitely that might not be the reason for not attacking them, lol. He's planning of making Gyou Qin soldiers graveyard by starving them as he's confident that OuSen can't get any food supply from Qin or somewhere else.

Same here i also had the same opinion last week before rereading the YTW battle.

You see YTW also can't move out to help Gyou just yet. Tho they may have taken the city but the issue is that they still can't trust the Quanrong man completely and their numbers are probably greater than her own, hence have only allowed few % of men inside the city. Also they are there to checkmate SSJ if he tries to make it to Gyou.

Bt i was thinking Heki might come in with some help, he also had a panel about the same. Maybe he will, it could be twist for last moment, bt chances are now less since Kai Ouku himself came with supplies.

Also, if SSJ goes after Koi Oku towards Gyou, than we can see YTW n his Brave Mountain warriors.
