If Hara plans to follow the actual history (which is what he'll probably do), Zhao will be conquered second after Han.

The order is:

Han then Zhao then Wei then Chu then Yan then Qi.

Probably Tou and Shin will conquer Han(this is when Shin Becomes GG), then Ousen,Shin and Mouten will conquer Zhao(Mouten and Ouhon becomes GG).

I think even the princes n kanpisi are royal families, they are not well treated in their own country. Thats why they feel not comfortable. Beside two of them look like having a good life, like their general.
