The Shin hype just for him to get trolled away, the "this is the battle where Qin lost more soldiers" just for that to be Futei annihilating Ousen's army offscreen, the whole Yotanwa side being completely irrelevant etc. Prob gonna feel better in rereads after the next arcs come and go

Ouki described Riboku as a commander of an “unprecedented” level.

The Google definition of “unprecedented” is:
-without previous instance; never before known or experienced; unexampled or unparalleled

Now if we assume this translation is accurate, that means that according to Ouki, Riboku was an entirely new level of general, never before seen by China. This would by definition include Hakuki, Gakuki, and Kou En and would mean that yes Riboku is stronger than all of them.
