Let's see the translation for this chapter, apparently his technique was forced to evolve in order to kill Sage, so mid diff or so.

Metal Bat was just a bonus, Garou needed him to make sure the helicopter escapes safely.

I think the fact his human eye is currently visible is a good indicator he's not in his final form yet. Hopefully Murata doesn't disappoint on that front.

If we were to say it's as tall as the earth's troposphere then it would be around 10 km
