Context - A Student at 2 am by mistake tried to enter in a wrong house (it was on the same street where his house was). He knocked, kicked and banged the door.

Evidence suggests he happened to be at wrong house by mistake.

Lady in the house called 911. And, her husband got a gun.

Student then broke the glass window next to the door to manipulate the door knob and force it to open...

Man fired the shot (without any warning or warning shots in air) and student died.


Police - pressed no charges on the couple.

Does that man deserves to go free?

Does there is need to have law on warning shots first?

Should possessing fire arms be made illegal?
