No, but our freedom of speech is supposed to be protected. A lot of political commentary YouTubers and podcasters have risen in popularity over mainstream media because they aren't obligated to the system. The same goes for independent artists who don't want to play by the rules to get into the mainstream standards. Freedom of speech so far has served well to get different ideas and trains of thought out there to a variety of people who wouldn't have access to different views.

Openly and volontaraly misgendering a transwomen, mixing up the term gay and non binary and queer, not understanding that being gay is a sexual preference and not an gender identity. Also confusing the term non binary trans and queer, not understanding that you can be non binary before becoming trans and that Queer designate all those terms...
