@Roo judaism clearly did a lot of Political influenced historical revisionism in the same way Islam did (See Muawiya)

So it's kind of everyone's guess if Moses was truly in Egypt for example
It’s possible Moses existed and was living under Egyptian oppression, but wether it was in actual Egypt itself or an occupied land idk.

the best explanation for the story of Moses is that it was created for post Babylonian exile Jews.

I think it's ignorant as iirc a lot of them DO tell people where they go when they die.
But in the end, and let's be honest here, nobody on this earth actually knows for certain where we go when we die. A lot of people have theories, and some of them are admittedly good, but we still have no real idea on where we go when we die.
Again, I personally believe that there's a 50% chance we go to some type of afterlife/linger as a ghost, and a 50% chance we just cease to exist (or cease to be conscious, if that makes sense?), but I'm not going around here calling everyone else morons for having their own personal ideas on what happens after death like reincarnation, heaven or hell, becoming an angel, etc.
And at the end of the day, the more you constantly press people on whether or not their religion is REALLY valid (especially and specifically when nobody really initiates these conversations), the more you risk just being ignored and seen as an overly religious zealot.

Well I'm fine being considered a zealot

But alrighty, it is what it is, however personally I know where I'm going when I die, 1 John 5:13 tells christians

I hope you guys get saved and live good lives and end up in heaven

I looked into it recently and I heard Islam doesn't tell people where they go when they die

I heard the Quran says that when a a devout muslim died, someone close to him said they were happy that that person was now with Allah, and then Muhammad said you can't know if that person is in heaven, and that not even he himself knows what Allah will do with him

So Muhammad himself claimed not even he knew if he was going to heaven
teachings are complicated

let me tell you Islam also says if you do certain things you'll most definitely go to heavens even if you need to spend time in hell due to your sins

like i literally just said it's not about what you personally believe and whether or not scriptures back it up
quite frankly, i do not care in the slightest if you think heaven is real and that you'll go to it. do your thing, man, but again, just don't try to act as though other religions are inferior and have the brains of cavemen, lol

I was focusing on this

yeah, we don't, really
because at the end of the day it's something we can never actually prove, so it's not something that can be treated as a fact
a fact is something like "water ripples when you skip a stone across it", and i hate to be that guy but saying "you go to heaven when you die" isn't really a fact, sadly

he doesn't understand the concept of proof when it comes to his religious beliefs

That's a hadith (narration from the Prophet pbuh).
As for the Qur'an there are multiple instances where it says people that do this, this and this they'll go to Jannah (Paradise).
Same for Jahannam (Hell).

But in the end the final judgment is with Allah - no one other than Him truly knows how sincere we were in our deeds and what we did in secret. The prophets (including Prophet Muhammed pbuh) out of their modesty refused to say they will enter Paradise except through God's mercy, even though all of them were promised Paradise in their life.

Just wanted to clarify this.
