Regarding ADHD, I wonder if the definition of it is going to change. I wonder if the increase of screen time at a young age will impact ADHD diagnoses. It’s always existed. My dad has it and he’s a 64 year old boomer who clearly did not grow up with the internet and social media. I also have it and I didn’t grow up with the internet either. I didn’t get my first smart phone until high school.
I think people believe ADHD is an attitude problem. Or it’s people who get easily distracted/can’t sit still. It’s a lot more than that. The worst part of ADHD for me is the emotional regulation and time blindness. Growing up it really affected my self esteem. I’m still a work in progress lol.

So I'll respond to both of your posts under this one. I was well aware, like I told you, and I also told you exactly how it would go and I was right.
Innovations helped the world move forward, making work easier to accomplish. Some places are more advanced than others. I hope these advancements spread worldwide. I think you might remember us having a discussion a couple of years ago about US medical technology compared to others and my belief it is unfair some places don't have the same advances with certain conditions as 1st world countries do.
@Logiko the ban is warranted. It doesn’t matter if he’s being sarcastic, our language has power. Also even if he was annoyed, he still had to think of a response, type it in, and hit reply. There are other ways to end a debate than resorting to violence. It’s perfectly acceptable to say, I am getting upset and need to walk away from this discussion.
Yeah. I'm always open to talk and I can understand that a rightist person feels angry about what I say. I can even discuss with far rightist who say very awfull things (when technically, I shouldn't talk with them).. But fascist rethoric is where I draw the line. I'm glad the moderation made a move here.
Sad part is people still don't understand political terms and throw them out like morons. We even got a guy here who calls you a conservative and liberal at the same time. Even going as far as to label the action of explaining textbook definitions as propaganda.
