Violent riots when your own are burnt alive ( yes students who led the protests were burnt alive by their own mob) isn't democracy my friend... because just one right- freedom of speech isn't enough to make you democratic.

Riots or revolutions once goes out of hand then it will burn the hand which fed it

It is sign of democracy and free speech, just not a good one

At least you can voice your opinion albeit in this way in the most horrible way

On one hand, you have dictator suppressing riots ruthlessly and violating rights.


On the other hand, you have people being killed - not the oppressors but same people who stood with you in the revolution to such extent that you aren't even allowing the fire fighters to help the victims... this is voice of anarchy

Once launch, crowd effects overtakes the minds of the most radical, angry, and dangerous ones :

This is a field of study that is not well researched, but it is important to understand such movements of population.

They had jurisdiction and full authority but there is limit to what you can do against mob and riots of such magnitude

Tear gas, water cannons, riot shields and formations, rubber bullets, bottlenecks, marshal law even.

We used to have riots in regards to football riots, and my dad was "commander" of one of the units, a single unified formation of riot police would beat the shit out of drunk and drugged up football fans

Thousands participated. Thousands backed from behind.
