I really don't think private institutions seeking profits is an issue.
It's not like they are forcing anyone to take the admissions.
If they are offering you better facilities, better opportunities and infrastructure then why not?
But again.....to me inherent problem is the model of education itself.
We aren't wired in schools and colleges (be it private or public) to think critically, to comprehend and not memorize, to learn to apply what knowledge we got in life and build character through moral education.
What we generally get is knowledge and knowledge isn't education.
It's our entire education model which is an issue regardless of be it private or public with few exceptions of course due to remarkable teachers
