People complaining about Billionaires yet still buy from them.
Make it make sense.

I do agree they have gotten to big and imo close to qualifying for Monopoly.
Capitalism as I know it, the free Market, ( rather a small part of the whole) which has stopped actually being as such for a long while now.
Corruption has spread within allowing it to not work as intended.

Lol, I had my first example, but yeah I am a nit tired.
Let's say Italian plantations using Bangladeshi or indians or Africans as slaves then?

Well I would like to ask, are you familiar with the argument that wage labor is theft?
I don't care, I cannot change the system at the moment, I can complain about one of the issues.
I do not care about idealistic socialist utopia, I talk about real life and my actual tomorrow.

We do not really get a choice, Conglomerates own the market, supermarkets only sell products from the above mentioned, and non monopoly is extremely expensive because that's how they rig the game

You may not be able to change the system, but the people as a group can

Do you not care, or do you mean you don't care because you don't think strong unions, the economy being entirely made up of worker co-operatives, or worker ownership of the means of production, are possible?

Hence not working as intended, corruption.

The game is rigged, we were all born in a rigged machine.
We cannot change anything, we can only play like crabs in the bucket and pull everyone down to be slightly higher.
Because the only weapons unions had was that if the workers unionised, there was no product.
Now, you just import cheap labour and call it inclusion and diversity.

Are you stupid? So what are common people supposed to do when these people dominate entire markets? People have no choice when it's a lot cheaper to get groceries from Walmart than to buy locally.

Yeah I wasn't trying to contradicted you but reinforce your point

Well you can be a doomer about it if you want, I'm looking forward to worker victories, and going to work for them, hopefully those will change your mind

But I mean like do you really want to be the guy in the story who becomes a doomer and kicks the ladder out from under him, turning on immigrants, even being fully aware of the issue of wage labor?
[automerge]1757272676[/automerge]
Yeah, like when amazon worker unionised and they hired 300 people over night?
We will see how it goes

Maybe something worth keeping in mind by the way, is that the internet as a source of political education is pretty new, and leftist online political education is as well

The failed results you are reffering to are from a different era than the one that's coming

And they also probably ignore the successes

Bringing in more immigrants makes the situation worse than already is.
Not the first problem, nor the second.
But is a problem.
And one with a simple solution

We got no leverage man.
We cannot unionise anymore.
People are "happy" and if you ask people have never been happier.

We might be writing this on here, but majority of people is okay with everything
Again because we're conditioned to be docile and obedient. We're conditioned to be weaklings.
That's why so many things are designed to keep us in our homes and keep us out of shape.
We unironically get closer to the way the humans in WALL-E lived

Lol, I had my first example, but yeah I am a nit tired.

What was your point again ? I mean do you realize that people wanting immigration for cheap labor force (the right and the far-right too) and people wanting to welcome immigrants with strong labor rights (the left) are not the same ?

The game is rigged, we were all born in a rigged machine.
We cannot change anything, we can only play like crabs in the bucket and pull everyone down to be slightly higher.
Egoist mindset.
