He is. He doesn't even oppose gay marriage which is the bare bones minimum of being anti LGBT.

I will reiterate that I am on the far-right and oppose homosexuality/gay marriage being legal. An opportunist like Trump who compromises on this issue to get votes from LGBT and seemingly doesn't care ending gay marriage/pushing it to the state-level does not represent me at all.
After the 2015 Supreme Court ruling (
Obergefell v. Hodges), Trump said he considered same-sex marriage “settled law.”
In a 2016
60 Minutes interview, he said:
“It’s law. It was settled in the Supreme Court. I mean it’s done.”
In
2022, when asked about the
Respect for Marriage Act (which codified same-sex marriage protections in federal law), Trump
did not vocally oppose it, where if he was against gay-marriage he would have derided the bill and encourage Republicans to vote against it.
We know given his behavior this year towards transgenderism that he is fully capable of going out on a limb in a condemnatory manner against social policy he is against. He is willing to push matters such as even abortion into being up to the states (and he is pro-choice himself).
But he has never touched gay marriage. Is silent about it and publicly has several statements showing he is OK with it such as during an episode of
The Apprentice, speaking to Clay
CLAY: “I mean, she’s a beautiful woman … but they’re not my thing.”
TRUMP: “Okay, all right. That’s why they have menus in restaurants, you know."
essentially saying, "You like what you like", when if he was really against it he would have said something condemnatory towards Clay
