Don't worry It's not about judgement, and I still have leftovers of this mindset. It's about what these preferences reveal how they shape the power dynamics. You can have preferences but the issues comes when these preferences are the result of a system of domination and in this case, a neo-colonist bias that we westerner tend to have toward the global south.
