Genuine question, @Logiko. This is unrelated to anything you've said, and I'm asking based on something that just happened.
An immigrant family moved in next door a few months back. They break things in the neighbourhood, try to steal our car parking space, and today stole my blue recycling bag. Now, this man I could easily spark out, and I've had to get him to back down on many occassions, but I have yet to resort to full force. However, through the lens at which you operate, I would assume you would think I should just endure this nonsense right? To confirm, the police and the council have refused to do anything, and it is highly likely because their skin colour/ethnicity.
Would you advise I follow his culture and steal from him, or would you advise I spark him out?
I'm genuinely fed up. I have been peaceful for too long (except when I confronted him because his kids threw bags full of excrement in front of a different neighbour's door whose disabled - and yes, they responded to physical threats and got that cleaned up real fast). It seems all they respond to is the threat of violence or force. How is this fair in a civilised society? I don't really want to go to prison to teach someone a lesson.
