It’s very simple to me mate, yes Zoro is the most important part if the equation, but that doesn’t change enma provided greater AP for Zoro. BM in that panel pointed out Zoro was able to cut Kaido it’s not the same as ohh this is insane AP cuz it’s all about the stage of haki you are using. The scabbards were able to cut the same thing BM was shocked Zoro was able to do when the scabbards did the same with weaker AP. You think G4 attacks weaker than what the scabbards did? No obviously, but they at some point had better CoA than Luffy.

Actually that was the only ittoryu attack Zoro used on the roof 99% of his moves were with all 3 swords
The move that scarred kaido was a santoryuu move :cheers:

you can check it again when Zoro use Shusui against Oars, he literally says Shusui makes his attack bigger than the other two swords.

Not what we were discussing but i will give that Ashura a passing grade, considering Zoro had blocked arguably the strongest attack in the series and performed that while all his bones were broken.:cheers:

It absorbs the other slashes to make 1 Big Slash instead of 3.

The problem I see a lot is everyone brings up the perks of having Enma/Shusui but not the draw backs.

Shusui - Being a black blade gives the perks of better defense also due to it being heavier compared to his other swords makes it harder to wield.

Enma - Steals more haki than it should causing drawbacks - no perks to this sword besides forcing the wielder to regulate themselves (hasn't been stated to boost AP like I see some users claiming).

If i remember correctly both were introduced as nerfs for Zoro to overcome and gain mastery over both swords
