1-Enel could hear people shittalking him from miles away and nuke them with lightning. Sanji could also hear and locate women screaming in the middle of a war(the only use for his haki soo far).

VOAT seems like a unique thing, I dont know if Shanks has it. Maybe he does but Idk, to me its what made Roger and Luffy unique.

Don't expect any consistency to the Manga any more. Oda often enough uses stuff straight out of his ass only to push the plot the way he wants to. Especially on wano when luffy getting help, once again, the telepathy thing was so very convenient. Or when he needed to tell Momo from km away to lift the island.

He's probably forgotten about all that already. Unless he needs it again at some point.
