General & Others If Jinbe and Yamato won't be Monsters or Wings to Luffy, then what would they be to him?

Simple they will round out the sh's power and solidify not only Luffy as a yonko but the crew being yonko tier as well. Yamato is 1 of the strongest characters in the world but has been hidden away in wano. Jinbe is 1 of the most respected pirates in op and has the most experience on the crew. These 2 joining the sh's just means the crew is reaching it's end goal as the not only a pk crew but the strongest crew of all time. The grand 5 ( Luffy Zoro Sanji yamato and jinbe) will be the strongest core ever if yamato actually joins.

Yamato is young [28 years old], she has adCoC, and she has one of the most powerful DFs in the series. She has so much raw potential for future arcs that I'd even argue that Luffy doesn't have; I mean, obviously Luffy is the MC and he's stronger than Yamato and he has future power ups as well etc. But Luffy is reaching to his peak, unlike Yamato

Weird to think that you consider yamato at 28 yrs old has more room for growth compared to Luffy who is 19 years old. I mean with more years ahead of him, i wont say luffy is reaching his peak. What's clear right now is that Luffy has higher ceiling considering that hes already stronger than yamato at his age right now

People need to accept that the power structure of the SH crew will be Luffy, then Zoro/Sanji, and then everyone else. This will not change. Jinbe joined the crew and it did not change anything. If Yamato joins, this dynamic of the crew will not change. Marco called Sanji and Zoro the stars of the crew. Robin classified them as Luffy's wings.

agreed. And that's why I think the creator of the thread already ruled out the discussion of the wings as he mentioned. The question was Jinbe and Yamato's place though, on power levels, they'd be fourth and fifth

People are going to have aneurysms trying to make tiers wthin the SH crew. Its very simple. There is the M3, and then there is everyone else. That's it. You ask what Jinbe and possibily Yamato role is? Its the same as everyone else on the crew. To help Luffy become PK.

If people are allowed to create nicknames for Zoro and Sanji, then people are allowed to create nicknames for the others as well.

Right, and once again, if Marco and Robin are allowed to come up with their nicknames, then others are allowed to come up with nicknames and such as well.
