If mods are strict, which user do you think would already be banned?

I agree that we should allow insults.
However, we can't allow racial slurs or pedophilia even if you want to bitch and moan about the first amendment. This is not an American forum in the first place. And even if it was, it's still a private entity.
We should protect and show kindness to some of the most vulnerable members of this community. That entails creating an environment that welcomes everyone regardless of sexuality and background. We also have minors here so banning Lerrera was the right call.

I think certain political leanings are treated with more favourability by the mods. Granted, this may actually be because one side does more reports.
I genuinely don't think C4N should be here at times (note: not always). It's not because of his mental issues, unlike what other people have said. It's the way he treats other users (those he doesn't agree with). He is the King of Snide Comments. He cannot just leave people be and will respond to everything and try to flaunt some kind of moral superiority as he does so. He never tries to understand the other side, and instead demonises you with some many -isms that it makes productive conversation impossible.
He derides people consistently whilst being just sly enough to avoid repercussion. I guess he's smarter than Bob was in that regard. I don't think he's always intentionally being an ass, but there is only so much veiled: "If only you were smart enough to see the world I see," that I can take. It's... just so fucking obnoxious.
I genuinely wish I could be amicable with him. I've tried on many occasions to reach out; and I've even tried to offer an olive branch. Yet one disagreement with his principles (even if you're not talking with him) leads to a fifty-line tirade on why you're evil. I've experienced it too many times now... so much that I'm just tired, lmao.
