- Delete the part where Doffy neg diffed and treated Sanji like a fucking fodder
- Have Sanji stalled Doffy and make Doffy retreat

- Delete the part where Bege kidnapped Sanji like a little girl

WCI:
- Delete the part where Sanji keeps crying like a disney princess
- Delete the part where Sanji kicked Luffy, instead have Sanji kicks Katakuri
- Delete the part where Sanji made cake for Meme, instead he should give the cake to Luffy
- Delete Sanji and Pudding marriage scene, do Sanji and Nami wedding instead
- Have Sanji defeat Katakuri because WCI was Sanji arc and Sanji year
- Sanji the CoO master gaining Future Sight in WCI instead of Luffy

- Delete the looking for prostitutes and ended up bullied by Black Maria scene
- Sanji should low diff Page One, make Ulti retreat, and saves Nami and Usopp like prince in shining armor
- Make Sanji goes to Rooftop and tank Hakai with new Germa durability
- Make Queen already knows Sanji because he is famous, and refers Judge as Sanji's dad
- Queen too scared to fight the infamous Sanji so Sanji fights King instead and unlock CoC mid fight

Egghead:
- Sanji should low diff Lucci after what Lucci did to the dog's owner
- Sanji vs Kizaru because both are fast while Luffy can just fight Saturn and Zoro can fight the VAs

I'd remove Yamato completely and replace Yamato with Zoro after getting the vaccine

Dressrosa I would refactor completely... DD turned out to be shit for me.
WCI+Wano definitely would consider keeping luffy and others as underdogs and no 1v1 against yonko it should be a boss battle raid... Wano guys need complete refactor... Don't understand what's the point of making Shimotsuki connection but not use in the story at all... Never understood the logic behind revealing connections in SBS instead of making it part of story.
BM is severely underused and destroyed especially when her character could have been so much complex.

After that I'll end the series

Make Kaido a more active threat and the true brain of his crew instead of Orochi, who's just a pawn to him, and develop his backstory, his personality and his relations and dynamics between him and his subordinates, as well as the dynamics between the Calamities and the Flying Six.

Bring some much needed tensions and stakes with Kaido, and his crew coming as real threats and worthy of being a Yonko crew.

Less Scabbards and less screentime for them, as well them not being able of injuring Kaido. Less of Tama and Momo and Yamato, and if she's even included completely rewrite her personality and motives, as well.

And of course less of Oden, Toki being more developed and not just being a plot device and her talking about the Void Century or at least giving hints about what happened during that time. Oden's father stays dead.

Big Mom and her crew don't come to Wano, and certainly not that waterfall shit.

True character development for Zoro, with him finding about his origins and more about the blades, Ryuma's history and he visits Ryuma's grave.

No Nika or Yamato's I am Oden shit. Oden's flashback is modifier to removed that utterly stupid and cringeworthy naked dance and Oden stupidly allowing Kaido and Orochi to comfort their tyranny over Wano.

Less pacing and slowness, a more elaborated conclusion to the arc.

Post timeskip long arcs, I wouldn't change them. I would just compress them to like half of their length.

If you actually understand those arcs, you would notice that 90% of the things will stay the same if you compress their length to like 50-60%.

The "replacement"?

1. Do actual pirate stuff (eg treasure hunting)
2. Answer a lot of old mysteries.

- Reduce panels of Scabbards, Yamato and any irrelevant side character running around drastically


- Dedicate AT LEAST 1-2 chapters to each fight of each Strawhat and Inu/Neko against Jack
- Dedicate a chapter to the CP0's fight
- Queen vs Sanji at least needs one decent chapter with them fighting post Exoskelton Awakening
- Grant Jack Awakening - with him being unable to control it, to cement him being a pure young brute that has yet to unfold his full potential

- Dedicate 3-5 chapters to Law, Kid vs Big Mom
- Dedicate some panels for the other Strawhats, Law and Kid's weapon upgrade or training in advance, as well as elaborating on their power ups

- Remove some head-scratching feats as Half dead Kinemon tanking a hit of Hybrid Kaido, or Law enduring a Thunder Bagua

- Fleshed out flashback for Kaido
- Lift the Lunarian secret by Zoro figuring it out in combination with exposition tied to the story

- Elaborate on Haki specifics and etablish a visual distinction between advanced haki types

- Remove Oden's flashback or heck eradicate that disgrace of a character from the plot and turn Yamato into a decent female character

- More War-like action scenes similar as to Marineford

- It's war - so kill of more characters

- IDC about the agenda war, but keep Shanks out of this, because this was clearly a poorly written move to advertise Film Red

TLDR: Focus on the main aspects of a WAR arc, the action and fights and to some extend strategy, instead of side characters and other irrelevant stuff.
