It's just weird overall that Law brought up the no touch thing anyway since he has been watching Kaido use AdCoC the whole time and he doesn't even know what AdCoC is anyway
This cant be a coincidence when Oden also said the same thing during Roger-Whitebeard clash. It seems Oda is trying to highlight two conquerors clashing wouldnt touch each other.

Yes but it wasn't stated to use aCoA, didnt state anywhere using it's advance usages. Read the text carefully, it was highlighting Luffy's awaken power to convert his abilities to toon force
Hmm that's a good find, I remember that panel now but I automatically assumed it was Luffy protecting himself with a barrier (maybe because Kaidou never opts for it, and Luffy has FS so he saw the attack coming). No confirmation it's level 3 though.
This shit is so weird man, I'm sure he has something in mind for it but he is so bad at communicating it to his readers.
My thoughts so far:
AdCoC can be without touching because we have seen it and even if it was just art style/laziness showing it not be, Luffy and Kaido's final clash strongly implies that AdCoC isn't inherently no touch
Infusing a CoA Barrier with CoC makes the most sense, since it would make CoA almost useless otherwise. Have we seen AdCoC without CoA(black)? Did it no touch if so?
But then Oden and Law commenting on it is so weird because it makes it sound like no touch is the stand out part of AdCoC
