I doubt Rokuogan is Adv CoA. If Tekkai really is CoA and Lucci wouldn’t even use Tekkai/CoA while moving, then how would he know Adv CoA?

Because it's the same thing. He can't use it without moving.

And Tekkai is hardening, while Adv CoA is an offshoot of Ryou. Different applications of CoA.

Didn't Who's Who scream after being hit by demon brick fist? Or is the "gyaaa!" from someone else? Oda used the same sound effect when Kaido was getting hit by the supernova in the rooftop fight so I'm pretty sure that was Who's Who screaming, which confirms he wasn't KO'd.

Also, we didn't get a single panel of Who's Who reacting to demon brick fist. Usually when a character is KO'd, we see their face. But Oda didn't do that for Who's Who even though he easily could have with the final panel. Rather, the final panel was of jinbe.

It doesn't matter anyway. Chapter 405 looked as if Franky beat Fukuro in one chapter. He hit him and we saw a completely knocked out face after.

People need to just wait until 1019 before jumping the gun. We don't actually know if he's down yet, wait and see if WsW handles his hand injuries or doesn't.

Yes there is. First, at Enies Lobby I guess or when Lucci show up post timeskip he says something about carnivore zoans being stronger than other zoans. Then we have the Ancient Zoans being tougher than regular Zoans and also having better regen. I will look up where those statements comes from.

Edit: Chopper says that about carnivore zoans at chapter 349.
I didn't find any statement 100% clear that Ancients are better than regulars. But if you search at One Piece wikis for Zoans you will find many statements implying that.
