for whatever reason, a lot of people are clinging on to this idea that despite everything, Linlin will somehow triumph over kid and law. Not only would this result in the death of every single member of the alliance, this would fly in the face of every single precedent we've seen so far.
In one piece, extreme diff battles are quite rare. They are usually reserved for Luffy and occasionally zoro(albeit zoro is often pushed to his limits more by situation than in an actual vs battle. In an extreme diff battle, it usually has the antagonist dominating for much of the fight with the protagonist(usually Luffy) ultimately winning by surpassing his limits and becoming stronger.
To this day, I cannot think of a single extreme diff battle that Oda has shown on screen in which the protagonist loses. When characters lose, they are mostly stomped. Kaido utterly destroyed Luffy in act 1, he utterly destroyed the scabbards on the rooftop, ect. This absolutely isn't what is happening with big mom. Even before Kid and Law recovered from being beat, Linlin was already panting and exhausted. She even said as much. Not to mention her face is still messed up from taking awakened attacks and the fact she had to sacrifice lifespan for a power up.
Kid and Law aren't the only ones who are being pushed, up to this point, it has been a high diff fight for Linlin. What this means is that Kid and Law are basically 1 power up away from winning. This power up could totally be simply them having better control of their DFs, as Law's attack seemed to do more damage this chapter and Kid didn't even need awakening to do serious damage to linlin. Or they could have a haki bloom, which would be more than justified given their resolve and the difficulty of the battle.
In any case, not only does plot demand that big mom lose(or else everyone dies), but precedent falls strongly on the side of Kid and Law. This would be like Luffy loses to Lucci or him losing to Katakuri. Yeah their opponents were stronger, but Luffy surpassed his limits. So too will Kid and Law.
