The point just was that in the end, Haki reigns supreme. DF will serve as a buff, but in the end the one with the most powerful Haki will stand atop. That's why Luffy will defeat triple top tier DF Blackbeard (who has Haki) while having 1 DF nerfed by the Yami fruit + Haki.

Haki is the most essential obviously
Having no DF doesn't mean your haki is stronger than a DF user, also obviously
And having a certain type of the 3 hakis we know stronger than your opponent also doesn't mean you automatically win
Being a shit fighter overall is a factor too

Kaido was instantly recovering from deep stabs, including Kiku stabbing through his palm. Yet Zoro prior to unlocking ACoC scarred Kaido. Haki is the counter to DF hax, so the moment Zoro combines his immense lethality with high level of Haki, that block will either diminish or cancel out the regeneration.

We know the Gorosei won't be defeated by magic.

I think this is the lamest way of handling it.
Haki shouldn't be a counter to anything other than harmful hax.

Maybe that's the way, Nik-chin? With a mere Haki outburst stripping the Gorosei off their awakened forms, imagine such Haki infused into a slash; their regeneration might just be cancelled out. That's the reason they have scars. Even Saturn, who seemingly regenerates from scrap.

We don't know how Mars got back there, maybe he summoned himself back, though I don't think it's likely that Luffy literally threw him to Mariejois, how does he even know what direction Mariejois is in lol?

DF merchants have been living on borrowed time for way too long and it is finally time to face the music.
The consequences of choosing the easy way out and taking shortcuts to power by eating fruits that grant abilities that others instead of them have dreamt up into reality have been swept under the rug all this time but there is no more space under the rug. It is about to pop!

We have been gradually spoonfed into this realization that DF merchants are helpless in front of hakimen.

It all started on the rooftop with haki passively stopping DF hax abilities, just those abilities that would make a lol diff scenarios possible.

Then, in Winner Island, we have upgraded to active usage of haki stopping DF hax abilities, harmful lingering effects like Doc Q's...

All of that was still fine and DF merchants were still sleeping thinking they were safe...
Enter the last chapter and the worst nightmare any DF merchant could have imagined has become a reality!

The funny part is that this isn't even new information, as we have already seen it before but we had no idea or weren't sure about it.

Emeth released the haki from the knot, Shanks released haki from Gryphon. In both cases, same result - complete negation of DF ability.
The end is near and now it all makes sense why ultimate hakimen are saved for last.

The most important conclusion - Devil Fruit's abilities cannot manifest in front of gathered strong haki.

Second most important conclusion - DF merchant can never be a final villain. It has to be someone with racial ability that haki cannot neg.
Third most important conclusion - DF merchants cannot possibly be #1 of the universe, they are not the true representatives of Power.

This is why Imu trembles at Joyboy's haki, because his ability was useless against him, as hax as it might be.
This is why Whitebeard is "equal" to Roger, because Gura does not work. At the top, all you have are weapons and haki. DFs do not matter.

I seriously hope that Luffy, Blackbeard and Imu never get to face a hakiman without plot armor as it would expose them to the whole world.
If Oda can have Luffy not fight swordsmen for 27 years, he should also manage to keep them safe from hakimen for a couple of years more.

We should also look at the construction of certain characters, although the Admirals' Devil Fruits are good, all of them lack the strongest type of Haki, which is CoC or AdCoC as Joyboy himself stated, while all the Yonko have very powerful fruits if not the most powerful ones and all of them possess the strongest Haki of all in their skill set, except for Buggy and except for BB who has not been confirmed to have this Haki but it will soon be revealed that he also possesses it, and Mihawk is basically the Yonko of the CG, so he plays the role of possessing the strongest Haki which is AdCoC, we saw how strong this Haki is, Luffy went from spamming it against a monster like Kaido full-time to using it only once here in EGG and the result was Kizaru on the ground trembling with just one blow.

No Hakimen of his or the next generation were able to surpass his level. Roger himself was AT BEST equal, but never above him. World’s Strongest Man WB was the one famed for his strength, Pirate King Roger for his accomplishments (which required WB’s help thru Oden in the end)

Then why didn't WB show up by himself and wipe out everybody to save Ace? WB brought all of his men and his allies and still failed. Clearly, he wasn't just talking about WB.

WB might have the power to destroy the world but that doesn't mean he can beat anybody in battle. Destroying the world is different than fighting someone who could use haki to counter WB's DF power and attacks. The admirals stopped WB from destroying the execution platform by countering his DF power with their haki.

WB is called the world's strongest man because his DF gave him the power to destroy the world by sinking islands by breaking them apart or from tidal wave.

Luffy definitely didn’t send him to Mariejois directly, as to what it is its hard to say, but he clearly arrived there before the others, that combo attack sending him flying triggered the same result as JB’s haki blast

Joyboy powers not Luffy's he has no feats of his own since consuming nika df filled with the haki of jb
