No it isnt. The fact that Luffy didnt know doenst mean it is advanced when Boa sisters already had it. The OP of the thread is wrong just as basically most lf the users.

Boa's sister had it, but that does not mean it is not advanced when, idk, King or Marco do not. Kujas are world-famous for their haki, explicitly said. Boa sisters were also adoptive daughters of a certain Rayleigh, so no wonder they have it.

Asking for Coc would be too much except maybe for Akainu but even that I doubt , but Oda could at least give them future sight and awakening yet it seem Kizaru aint getting anything and I dont consider Fujitora and Aramaki as stronger than Kizaru.

At this point if things remain this way , without any bias ( and excluding Buggy ) I could say that Yonko > Admiral with only exception being Akainu.
