Oden has a lot of negative portrayal which people like Ndule don't acknowledge because they're scared of the implication it has regarding Laido and LinLin.

-Oden couldn't make a black blade but Mihawk can, and sure Lonko fans will say "b-but neither could Roger or Whitebeard", however Oden comes from Wano, the country of Samurai, and we had a someone who knew him in Kotetsu explicitly mention the possibility of Enma reaching yet another stage if Zoro proves to be up to the task, so that's definitely negative portrayal for Oden.

-Yamato's words after Luffy/Kaido split the skies, Yamato says she read in Oden's journal that the skies would split when WHITEBEARD and ROGER fought, meaning this was something beyond Oden's lvl when he wrote that. Did he reach that level eventually? Probably but that still shows he was nowhere near Roger/WB when he was part of their crews

-Oda never gave any W to Oden. He got clapped by Roger, then is implied to be equal to 39 y.o Kaido but that's it. He could've given him a big W if he wanted to wank him as the top of the top, but nope. Oden's biggest W is Ashura Doji.

  • Has Yonko level main squad
  • "Pirate King of MidGen" as he went to Raftel
  • Survived an hour of hot oil boiling
  • Scarred Kaido
  • And more Wanks to come from Oda
This is a reminder to accept Oden's wank cause Oda isn't ending it now or ever.
We will get more wanks about him when we see Shanks & even Teach . Also Raftel arc

Accep Oden's wank from Oda instead of crying everyday or coping hard.

He was sure about that because he knew something from his journey to Laughtale that we don't.

Look at how he accurately predicts that a certain figure (probably Joyboy) will come to Wano; look at how he accurately predicts that the people who will play an active role in the worldwide war in the future, will be the ones to defeat Kaido.

That's not a powerscaling statement. That is a statement that he made because he knows something about the future that we don't yet - because he went to Laughtale.
